The most worst product I have purchased from Flipkart.
my product was delivered with in the time. but the installation and Demo was not done. The morphy Richards is the most worst brand, even though contacted directly to morphy Richards but not even responded a single time. after a very long follow up from Flipkart. Flipkart behaved very irresponsible atlast. very horrible experience. till now my complaint is not resolved. but the Flipkart has closed the issue.
I give 0 rating for this.
Good Looking and efficient Microwave

This is a small and compact microwave. Since there is no convection, there isn't any additional bulge in the back. Reheating and general cooking is a breeze. I didn't want touch buttons as our previous Samsung one that had touch conked off after few years. This has got physical buttons and a tactile rotary knob that is much easier and faster to operate. Morphy Richards India operations are handled by Bajaj Electricals. So, the warranty and installation are taken care by them. Got an independence day offer which brought the price down to 6300. Overall a VFM item.

Good but no demo

No one comes for demo of this product.
The demo and installation has been given to Bajaj and they keep calling but when you give them a date and time then no one comes for demo of the product.
Product of Morphy Richards is good.
We managed to install and learn how to use it ourselves.

Cheapest quality of material they use This is regarding my morphy Richards microwave complaint within 1 year whole body and inner area of microwaveGot corrosive and rusted and warranty period is for 2 yearsIt was purchased on 10/6/2017 model no is 20mbgComplaint no is : 14787782I want to know the current status of my complaint as I have received message that the resolution is done and ticket is closed what resolution was made? Why complaint was closed without any appropriate reason and resolutionas product was under 2 years warranty kindly find the images of corrosive microwave attached below my registered mobile no is 7666614543And need the replacement at the earliest please don't delay to resolve this problem as this images clearly proves the quality of the product is very cheap and not at all reliable and the technician who visited Mr dhirendra Kumar has also sent images to your concerned department then also resolution was not doneAnswer awaited

Though the product is nice as i have the similar one my mom has been using.the package didnot had any protective covering , it just came with the default product packaging &there was a crack on the menu panel.
