Delivery: was done through Blue Dart. On time delivery, but amazon portal was stating the wrong delivery date as future date longer than the initial agreed max date. The package with microwave kit which comes in addition to the oven package was not intact.Oven: Oven design looks very good. The round tray which comes with the oven was little bent altough it could be used to some extent. So didnt return as I have to return entire item only in such case. The pastuarization kit and the glass bowl which are said in the manuals didn't come with this oven. But it is mentioned everywhere in the demo videos of LG in public forum.Usability wise, the bells and whistles which comes with this top model may not be worth. But other basic functionalities seems ok based on initial few days usage.Installation is just plug and play.LG Demo: LG Service person called himself and got an appointment. He gave a valuable suggestion to read the manual and Cook Book and did nothing. It was all done in few minutes and he left. Completely useless demo and waste of time. People who consider Service as top priority dont go for LG.Reduced 2 stars ( one for service and another for damaged tray, missing pastuarization kit and bowl, cost which doesn't justify the extra kits)
