Hopeless IFB

Being flipkart first customer in Bangalore was expecting it next day, but it got delivered in 2 days.
Then begins the real torture from IFB. They had 48 hours SLA for install and demo as per the SMS ticket at IFB end that was created by flipkart. For 3 days no one contacted, I started following up with both IFB and flipkart. After 7 days IFB says this is a new model and they need a special technician for the demo of this product. On 8 or 9 day they sent a guy for demo, I didn't find any thing special in his demo of the product. Had read negative reviews of IFB service in India before purchasing but all were mostly written in 2011. Thought they would have improved it in 4 years. The excitement of purchasing new good is lost in waiting for the install.

i purchased IFB 30SRC2 30L CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN IN DEC 2014 AND AFTER CROSSING ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY PENAL OF OVEN STOP WORKING IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2016. IT SEEMS THAT IT MADE TO WORK FOR PROVIDED ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. NOW I HAVE TO SPEND HANDSOME MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET TO MAKE OVEN WORKABLE .
Oven Door Opening button is not workingProperly

I have bought this last week, and from start I find door opening button is not working properly. I have to push very hard to open the door. I am not sure if it is issue with product or complete series. But not satisfied.

Worst Experience with Flipkart and IFB

Received this product on 11 Sept and installation and demo was done on 13th Sept. The technician just blabbered the specification and showed how to use microwave function. On 21st when my wife was trying to bake cake for the first time, it started showing E02 error after 2 mins in convection mode at 200 C. I called the technician and he confirmed that it was a sensor fault.
I made return request on 23rd Sept. Till date flipkart is not responding to my request. I have made like 5 6 complaints by calling there customer care. Still waiting for flipkart to pick this awful product back and return my money. Very very very Poor service from flipkart.
I will recommend never to buy this kind of product from flikart.
Kindly take back this microwave and return my Money.

Long term reliability questionable

I purchased this appliance in 2015 and am writing this review after almost 2 years of usage. The machine worked very well for first 6-8 months without any problem. However, one day suddenly it refused to start. The customer care was called upon and they promptly sent the service person. Unfortunately that guy couldn't figure out the problem and spent a couple of hours clueless. After 2-3 days, another person came, examined the machine and declared that the magnetron (the soul of machine) has gone bad. This surprised me as such a core component can go bad so easily. Nonetheless, IFB respected the warranty and replaced the magnetron free of cost. The machine worked well for another 8 months before again giving up on us. It lays in non-working conditions at the moment, the customer care has been called in and they have promptly refused the warranty on machine now as it is more than one year old so I will have to pay around 500 bucks for the visit even without any diagnosis. I am just hoping that the actual repair won't cost me a bomb. Overall, the machine does what it says on the tin but long term reliability is highly questionable.
