Pls don't waste your money on rdp

Product is a OK type cheap laptop.I would rather recommend you to spend a bit more to get some nice Android phone with a 4 GB RAM.Believe me 2 GB RAM just sucks on win 10.With in a few weeks I got battery issue for which I called RDP but my experience Was hell. They never picked up my call for 2 days and when they answered on 3rd day it was terrible.Till today (at least 6 months) my issue is not solved.This is literally worst that you can get and pls don't buy it get yourself a decent mobile.

BEWARE!!! there are many flaws in this thinbook laptop. A few days after I got the laptop, it did not boot. to fix it I had to send it to the service centre in Hyderabad. They don't have a service center in Mumbai. thereafter 3 months of using this laptop and there have been several issues. 1. There is no insert key on this laptop. (only delete key). Limiting the number of application which require a insert key The touch pad is very sensitive and there is no way to switch on and off the touchpad. Due to the sensitivity, the cursor keeps jumping around making it very difficult to type.The Power off button is in place of the traditional DEL button(RIGHT TOP CORNER). So when you try to del somethin you end up switching off the laptop.The usb slots on the laptop are a bit small, making it very hard to insert a USB drive and more so difficult to pull it out of the USB slot. My recommendation is to stay away from this notebook. It is cheap,and that is what you get.

The display gave way within a week of purchase and the manufacturer refused to change it claiming it was damage caused by user. Appears that sub-standard materials are used to manufacture - please reconsider buying these products !
