Failure of SSD

Had a horrible experience with flipkart and hp.This laptop has SSD problem.Inspite of replacement I had the same issue, failure of short DST test.

Excellent so far, slim form factor, performance from 8th generation Intel i5 processor combined with Win10 is good, boot speed is fast, bezel less display is stunning.
I have been reading all previous comments mentioning different issues, I didn't face any SSD failure issue, none the less I have updated the bios firmware from HP to avoid any issues, haven't noticed any heating issues, also warranty has no issues while registering with HP.
You get around 215GB storage with remaining taken up by the OS. If you can grab one in one of those sales, it is absolutely worth.

Worth every penny

The laptop is awesome and guys it doesn't have faulty SSD it's the bios driver of the system which is outdated and gives short DST failure .I was having the same issue so i replaced the laptop and the replacement laptop was having the same short DST test failure again so i asked for refund ,they sent a technician to confirm and to resolve the issue , the technician updated the BIOS driver and the DST test failure was gone ,I really liked this laptop and didn't wanted to return it.I was really hoping the issue gets resolved and finally it's solved all you guys have to do is go to HP support page enter your serial number and download the updated BIOS driver from there.And the short DST failure will be solved.

6 quality checks from Flipkart are a joke. The product i received was defective. No refund is possible . The computer won't boot on the first day itself (Flipkart assured product).

Distrustful Flipkart selling defective high-end products. Shame on you! How dare you send me a defected item? And twice at that. I got a replacement which was faulty as well. Are you playing some sick game with your customers? The laptop has been malfunctioning like crazy since I started using it and the problem refuses to go! The display is disastrously faulty! It's flickering non-stop, going dim and bright on its own. DON'T, I repeat, DON'T MAKE PURCHASES ON FLIPKART! Highly unreliable and untrustworthy website
