Its Been a month i am using the laptop.. Not bad graphics wise.. But the real issue i have been facing that the laptop turning off randomly nearly 1 months of use and when i called asus service centre..although at first they are not responding properly but eventually after they lodged my complaint The technician came to my house but he revealed me that the laptop has manufacturing defects such as the connector to the motherboard and the battery was not working properly so this problem was arising.. many customer already have this same problem. Though he fixed it but still it carries the doubt about the future of the laptop... We buy a laptop with our hard working money and the manufacturer who doesn't care about the customers are insane.. Amd amazon should also be responsible for. Selling this types of. Products So asus and Amazon should take care of the issues... So be aware before buying this laptop.. And i will give 2 star rating for the laptop... Can't give more than that as with a new laptop that comes with a lots of expectations should not work like this

The build quality is below avg. Its bulky, the screen flickers when you touch the lid to close it.The viewing angles are extremely narrow and the display is not bright enough.HDD is very slow, task manager always shows 100% disk usage.Although it has a dedicated graphics card, you can't even play games like fortnite in medium graphics.
