[Updated Review] Got replacement as the first laptop started showing dead pixels on third day. Thanks to Amazon for free pickup and replacement with brand new seal packed box. This time, while doing installations, came across following details which I had missed out last time. Acer provides you with a NTFS partition loaded with Acer Apps and Drivers in ISO format. You literally don't need to download even a single piece of software from net to get all drivers and utilities working in Windows 10. What I appreciate is that they have purposefully kept this as the last partition towards the end so that any careful installations/reinstallation don't wipe out that partition while safeguarding your requirements of having EFI partition in the beginning for Windows and/or Linux installations. That's pretty neat. So this time I completed entire installations using the supplied drivers and utilities including ACER care utility. System is dual boot and up and running within 30 minutes :)[Old Review] Still can't believe I could get this one in effective price of 16240 bucks. What a lovely configuration. Endless OS lagged a lot. Installed Ubuntu Studio and so far happy with the performance. Tempted to try windows on it just for the sake of regular BIOS updates being rolled out by ACER. And yeah, even though product is not easily searchable on acer site, if you type in SNID in the search string on support page for drivers and manuals, you get access to all drivers made available by ACER including BIOS and chipset driver. It's sad that Acer ain't rolling out their drivers updates on Linux platform, else I would have recommended purchase of Acer products to everyone around me.As for build quality, I think my HP laptop with AMD A6 processor had better build quality but then it was heavier than this one. In 2.1 KG, I think this is quite decent built quality to offer. I do hope that this laptop serves me better than HP one which was bought in May 2015 and still rocking when it comes to working on Linux variants. Fingers crossed :)

Good Laptop at Diwali deal price.I got it in Diwali Sale.Its all good with specs but lacks in DVD writer support and that's negligible.Now a days everything is on USB.Its correct model number is A315 51 390L as written on laptop as well as on box.Its display is weak...does not look to be HD display even after installing the intel HD Graphics drivers.But display can be improved by tunning dccw in windows.I have done that and its better now.At this price for i3 Gen6 everything is good.

The correct product no. is A315-51-390L. The laptop is gud. nice design, slim model, not bad backup battery and weight is very less. You wont feel the weight of the laptop its very light weight.The only problem with this laptop is that the wireless works only with windows 10(you have to install the wifi drivers for windows). Most of the drivers works only with windows 10 no other lower windows platforms. All the linux versions(including the Endless linux platform that comes with this laptop) will show less wifi or no range with this laptop. You have to download the wireless drivers for linux using terminal for getting the wireless working.Overall great laptop only problem with the wireless not working for linux versions that's why iam giving a 4 star. Great delivery by Amazon.
