Dont buy its just nightmare!!I bought it and it wasn't working so i decided to call USHA customer care but it turned out after followings for 8 days nobody showed up! finally decided to return it back and never to buy USHA product again! After a month of booking complaint i received call from USHA asking for confirmation for issue resolution and when i told him about this story he still wasn't helpful!!thanks to Amazon policy i was able to return it!!

takes a bit of getting used to during the assembly stage...but after that is a very decent product. have been using it since a few months. only use the fine juice filter. have not tried the smoothie as yet. but the juices come out really well and the waste is pretty dry.... easy to clean too
Cleaning it is very difficult.

It is not a value for money buy.If you plan to extract juice everyday1-2 glasses.. be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes everyday for cleaning.Very difficult to clean.Not good for citrus fruits as the seeds get crushed... it spoils the taste.
