The grinder is great. A bit noisy but does all kind of work well. Jugs are of very high quality, but the plasic used in the grinder is not satisfactory.

Best part is that in all mixers of other brands the bottom part of the jars is plastic, which is susceptible to breakage over usage.
in this Mixer the bottom part is metal, making it more robust.
the mixer has not caused any other issues for the last year, that i have been using it.

Product is good but there is burning smell coming out of motor. Juicer is not good.. hardly fruits gets crushed fully. Lot of pieces of fruits will be at bottom of the jar..

This product is not only pathetic but the customer service of Usha sucks.This mixer has come apart within a year of usage and the company is not only completely disowning its product but their sales executive starts fighting over phone. Seems like we will have to knock the doors of consumer court
