Be very careful with the variants of Stabilizer. This one is Super Deluxe, there are other few which are delux or VG 50 or VC 50. The best variant is VG SD 100. Build quality is good, supports up to 600 liters refrigerator. Comes with AH switch port. IF you are connecting to regular switch board, you need to buy a converter plug ( costs you around 40 bucks, easily available in stores). As usual, delivery was quick. Packing was amazing. No discount in most of retail stores, its fixed 2500/- . Got for 300 bucks less. All in all, best stabilizer for single purpose.

This stabilizer is provided with an "Intelligent Time Delay System".Initially when the stabilizer,being in OFF condition for more than three minutes,is switched ON,there won't be any time delay.If the power supply turns off and comes back within three minutes,there will be a time delay depending upon the period of absence of power.If the power supply does not returns within three minutes,the stabilizer will be switched ON automatically at the arrival of power.This time delay is provided to prevent immediate restart and chattering in case of power turn-off.This provides proper balancing time for the refrigerator compressor before restart.Spike protection is not provided in this stabilizer.This voltage stabilizer can be used safely for electrical appliances upto .8kva. Every voltage stabilizer should have temperature sensor. Whenever temperature is beyond safe limits,it should have mechanism to turn on a fan.That fan will decrease temperature and then fan could stop.This way voltage stabilizer will have a long life.Also every voltage stabilizer should have a voltmeter so that user can know the input and output voltage.These important feature are not present in VGSD100 or any other model. Why don't manufacturers consider these simple innovative steps to increase safety of electrical appliances ? Let's hope that some engineer of V-GUARD listen to this simple advice and make necessary modifications.

I don't know why does these companies don't include step -up and step down limit in their specs.This product steps up from 175V to 200V so if someone lives in the area where input voltage drops below 175V, they shouldn't expect their refrigerators to work optimally, they should look out for stabilizers which steps up to 200V from the levels of 140V-150V. I am only impressed by the five year warranty, no input or output Volt meter to ascertain the current operating voltage is one more drawback of this product. Overall not very impressive considering the price. This time packing of Flipkart was not up to their preset standards.
