Bought this earphone some time ago and the left bud kept on coming out again and again. Fixed it with glue for once but it wouldn't help. Now it has come out and the wires have also been detached. Emailed House of Marley customer care but there isn't any email reply from their side. Worst customer service and pathetic quality adhesive used for manufacturing. Don't go for new unheard companies. Go for Sony, Jbl and other big brands. They'll last better in the long run.

I have been now using them for almost 1.5 years and am now writing a detailed review with each spec given a score out of 10Bass- 6/10Sound clarity- 7/10Fitting- 8/10Build quality- 6/10Noise cancellation- 7/10Button quality- 9/10Looks- 5/10Now I would elaborate on y I gave the above rating-*Bass- The bass was pretty decent. It didn't even go high even after using an equaliser. It resulted in the sound coming out flat and kinda weird.*Sound clarity- the sound clarity is pretty nice and helps u hear every sound distinct which is sometimes not preferable though. But overall it has a pretty clear sound*Fitting- They give u two sets of earplugs which u can select according to ur fitting. They got me pretty well and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I would at times wear them for a few hours but would still not make my ears hurt. Only problem is that they would sometimes come off easily when he doing the gym or exercise so won't recommend these reassuringly for that purpose.*Build quality- The build quality is not upto the mark and the earphones are pretty flimsy and weak. The wires are too thin and feel like they might break any moment. The wires also get tangled easily making them irritable. The rubber cover of the top part of the earphones comes off. But the audio plug is very solid and since it is an L shaped pin, it's very easy to insert it into ur device.*Noise cancellation - The noise cancellation is pretty nice. It cancels around 60% of the noise which is pretty nice for earphones of this range.*Button quality- The button can be used for picking calls and rejecting them. Along with that it can be used for pausing music and changing the song. The button is very sturdy.*Looks- The looks left me disappointed because from a close range they might look good but when looked from far they look fully black and look like a very cheap pair of headset.Overall I would say that they r not a bad buy. Though u can still get better quality earphones in this price range. The earphones just recently stopped Woking very once in a while. I don't know if it is because of the connection or because of the speakers. After leaving it for a while, they would start working again.

I never tried high end headphones. I bought this in an offer for below ?500. Sound quality is good. Usually my (?500) headphones last for 6 months. But this worked for 14 months in my hard usage (now only one ear works). I always use it for music and calls both in my phone and laptop. I sleep with phone and headphones. If you handle with care it may last more

using this headphones from couple of days with my lg g6 so starting withbuild quality( quality of wire) dnt think so very last long. until unless you kept it like a baby.quality of sound was under average, it only keeps vocals loud while we raising the volume level.i bought it in lightning deal at amount of rs 450 thats why i bought it but disappointed.
