Using it for past 3 years 24x7 with my WD NAS server excellent performance, was running out of space so ordered it again, for me its working fine dont know may be in future it might fail, the packaging was very poor literally the harddrive was bouncing inside the enclosure box the box given was very large and harddrive was kept with air baloons which were already bursted, I was concerened it must have failed the harddrive but got lucky it worked fine.

Drive not working!!!Had bought the drive for fitting 8n my existing my cloud device but unfortunately, it never worked, tried swapping my old drive back into the machine and the old drive works fine. Meaning...the drive is faulty!!!I had bought it while on a short trip to India and have travelled back abroad hence, return is not possible. Wasted my money and lost my trust in WD products...Anybody planning to buy this product beware.
