Transcend - very bad experience

Firstly I , Dr.Sanjana thank flipkart for their excellent service and timely delivery.
Unfortunately I regret buying this TRANSCEND hard drive.
Was impressed by the excellent configuration of this hard drive at a reasonable cost .. But experienced a technical problem with the hard drive a month after it was bought..
As the warranty of three years was guaranteed the product was sent back for replacement but its been 6 months and no response from the company ..
Sadly there has been no news or follow up by the company or its customer care service behind the cause of delay. Very poor efficiency by the Transcend service centre.
Once again truely regret my decision of buying transcend product and near future will never buy any products from this company.
As a responsible citizen i want to warn customers that many products havent been replaced even after a year due to company's negligence and lack of interest.
And thus am notifing other customers regarding TRANSCEND's poor service facilty and its ideal to think twice before buying their products

this is a very bad product as it has no sevice centre in India.so don't buy it.don't buy any product of transcend.i contacted transcend service center through email.they told me sorry that they have no service centre in india for external hard disk...
