I purchased this mouse about two weeks ago and have been using it on a daily basis since then. The mouse is definitely an eye-catching device and a conversation point. The mouse is switched on by bending it into an arch and switched off by straightening it. It's easily detected under Windows 7 (which automatically installs the drivers) and it auto-detected by Linux (Ubuntu 13.04 and Linux Mint 15). It is powered by a single AAA-sized battery. However, it is best suited for people who have small to medium-sized hands. Someone with large hands will probably find them cramping after a while since the surface of the mouse is just not curved enough. The touch sensitive scroll button works, but is just too sensitive while scrolling. On the whole, I don't regret my purchase since although it is pricey, it gets the work done. TL;DR Pros: Great looking, compact, Linux compatible Cons: Can get uncomfortable after prolonged use, scroll wheel is too sensitive.

Even though i didn't purchase this product from flipkart, i just want to review this as A1. The styling is super, very easy and smooth to operate. Can be plugged on any computer or laptop as one needs to just connect the blutooth usb to the system. The folding mechanism for turning the machine ON-OFF is simply fun. The usb sticks to the device as it has a magnet which allows it to be carried anywhere for portable purposes. Works on all surfaces except glass. No side buttons are provided which may put off certain potential buyers and at around 4 grand, this ain't exactly a cheap thing to buy but one gets the feeling of using a premium product. If you have the moolah, this is a product which should be in your must buy list.

Very nice product. i like it very much it's portability and battery saving feature as it get's switched off the moment you make it flat. I miss the feature that why only the center strip is having touch sensitive for scroll up and down. I saw it with my one of the friend and ordered it thinking that it's the same but later realized that actually only Surface model is with Bluetooth, this model is having USB dongle to connect.

I ordered this product to use for official purposes.. its as the description says.. light weight, portable and compact.. a great buy for travellers and laptop users.. The product works well with all surfaces (hard, soft, semi soft, rough) except glass tops.. it is difficult to track the mouse when on a glass surface..thats one dissapointment. Overall an excellent travell companion...came decently packed and was delivered on time..

This is simply an amazing mouse which I use in office for all my work. Infact I have been using it for now 3-4 years (Imported it, was not available in India then) and it is still going strong with only one battery change that I remember. And mind you its an impressive conversation starter, since everyone around you will like to know, what it is and how it works.

Stylish looking mouse. I have been using this for more than 6 months now and would say that in the last 15 years of using mouse, this has been the most stylish one.Just getting into a meeting room and pulling this mouse out definitely triggers a conversation.With 2 AAA battery, it has been running for all these days and still going strong.In one situation I had used this as a presentation clicker as well. The sensitivity of the click as well as the scroll action is very precise.The other feature that I like the magnet in the base to stick/hold the USB connecting male. The Microsoft blue-track technology is so much better compared to the red laser on other brands. But I think this model is slightly too long for normal hands - or maybe it takes some time getting used to. The click button on this mouse is softer at the top end, so if you have longer fingers it helps. I rest my wrist on the table surface while holding the mouse, my index finger does not reach the front tip of the mouse. I also use the Microsoft 3500 - I feel that is more comfortable and value for money. Personally I felt that a slightly rough/ rubber surface on the sides would have provided better grip feel for the thumb & ring fingers (like the Microsoft 3500 mouse).Note for Mac users:This mouse works perfectly well with my Macs... BUT ...This mouse gives haptic (vibration+sound) feedback when you use the middle touch strip and... the current mac version of Microsoft Mouse software (ver 8.2) does not allow you to switch off this vibration feedback, this software feature is available only on the windows software version. So if you want to turn off the vibration feedback, you have to connect the mouse to a windows machine, install the software and turn off the vibration. Then you can reconnect the mouse to your mac.

you wont even feel it like a mouse with an ergonomical design this mouse is sure to be a great companion with your pc or laptop, its very easy to use ,flattens easily to save battery, its sleek and classy design makes it extremely potable. I am myself very satisfied with this product indeed a masterpiece by microsoft. I would surely recommend this product Besides the touch scrolling is a great innovation,along with fast response couple up together in such a tiny mouse . Indeed an useful mouse !!
