I cook turmeric tea, ragi malt, oats porridge, soup and noodles in this.
Heating is instant and built quality and usability is good.
It is convenient like using a vessel on an induction cooktop.
If you keep stirring it does not burn at the bottom.
You need to cook with little oil if you are making vegetables. I have made masala corn in it.
Also you have the heat adjustemnet knob to control the heat.
Issues
Heat is not evenly distributed. There is one spot where heat comes and you need to keep stirring food to distribute the heat and avoid that part from getting burnt. I manage this with practise and adjustement of heat using the knob and in worst cases removing the vessel of the detatchable coil.
Overall
It is very easy and conveninet to use and clean given its open design, temperature adjustment system,detatchable lid and hetaing coil.

Got all the stuff as advertised: the kettle, the stand & small plastic bowl & the heating base. All the features are great, but the electric cord is ridiculously short. Just about a meter in length, probably less. It doesn't even reach the plug point. Have to use a flex box . Please consider this factor before buying. Preethi should seriously work on this issue. Oh, and the lid is loose fit. It would have been nice if the lid was a snap lid.So far have used it for boiling water only. Once the water is boiled, the auto cut off gets to work. Haven't tried boiling foodstuff - pasta & eggs, so can't comment yet. Can be a good utility item in the house for elderly care & convalescents.Cheers

Not used much , used only for boiling water. But make seems good, i was little scared due to boiling effect, was infact waiting for auto off but seem it did not happen and i felt it was too much boiling so forced off.Need to try with other options suggested for cooking.
