I Love to cook rice in this cooker, no more burnt bottoms on pots, you just put the rice and water in and it does everything, Simple to use and perfect fluffy rice every time, 2 bowls and a steamer,sometimes i steam the vegetables in this steamer while cooking rice saves my time.Its a really good product that one should have in the kitchen

Hi,
I received the product with in Two days. The kit having Two Rice cooking Bowls, one Vegetable tray, one Silver Plate, But Power connecting socket is in-built and very short. It s looking and working Good.
2 Years waranty for Heating Element and 1 year for remaining.
It will cook the rice with in short period, based on the quantity of rice we are cooking.
After cooking the Rice, we have switch off the Switch, otherwise bottom of the rice will changed to black color.
Overall it is a good product to Use.

This product is excellent, cooking is fast, but the water overflows while cooking rice.... !!!
Other than that it is a worth a money, i would prefer it for bachelors like me.... :-)
