I had purchased Battery for my dell laptop and when charged and removed the charger noticed that the charge din't stay even for 10 Mins. I returned the product and got another one however it is of the same condition. please do not cheat the customers. I am a customer of flipkart since 3 years and this was the worst experience that I am facing right now in 3 years. Really lost trust. When tried to contact customer service executive the call is not answered. Kindly assist me by providing a battery of good condition atleast in the 3rd attempt.

I purchased this from flipkart 10 to 15 days back. Doesn't seems like an original battery. First day it gave the back up of around 3 hours but in 15 days the back up is reduced to around 2 hours to 2 hours 10 minutes. This Doesn't happened with original product. Will not recommend you to buy this until and unless it is very urgent.

When you find that your laptop battery does not charge anymore, hold on a bit before rushing to buy it from Dell. The price offered by Dell for this battery is around 5500/-(as of 13/06/14), which includes 1 year warranty. Now if your laptop itself is covered by warranty and you want that security for your battery also, go ahead and buy it from Dell. Otherwise why pay 3500/- extra for the same thing, when it will be unusable if the laptop does not function anymore? I bought it for my Inspiron 15R N5010 and I'm satisfied. Good delivery time (within 2 working days) Good operation (easily fits into socket and ran 24hrs so far without issues) Good packaging (packed with styrofoam)
