The 32PB200 is honestly a delight. The lowest priced 32" LED TV, the PB200 has features that I was very particular on:
Video: 32" with "good clarity" (described below)
Aesthetics: a thin bezel.
Audio: Good sound from its internal speakers
Connectivity: Sufficient.
Video: Manufacturers try to sell full HD TVs, making you believe the clarity is something to die for. Honestly (and scientifically) speaking, upto around 42 inches, the difference between a HD and a full HD TV is blurry, at best, considering standard TV viewing distances. Unlike a monitor where the eye-screen distance is small, the eye-screen distance when viewing a TV is significantly larger. At such distances, the difference between 1 Mega-pixel (HD) and 2 Mega-pixel (Full HD) screens is not at all noticeable. Only when you start purchasing 42" and above, will the differences start creeping.
Now, qualitatively speaking, the colors are good, and sufficiently deep. The refresh rate of the screen is good for all TV applications (I haven't testing gaming). I ran a 1920 X 800 23fps movie through a HDMI cable. Just as smooth as the video, no blurs noticed. Although a designer myself, I obviously do not use the screen for design purposes, but rather for entertainment, and it does a very good job at that!
Aesthetics: The bezel makes a lot of difference. Take two TVs of the same active screen size, but with different bezel thickness. The one with the thinner bezel appears bigger: the law of references works wonders!
Audio: Very decent indeed. Anyone serious with their entertainment will, in the first place, never settle for the internal speakers. So honestly, the speakers don't matter at all.
Connectivity: Its a HD TV, and I'd want HD connectivity. With 2 HDMI ports, that's good connectivity! One for the HD connection from my Cable service / DTH provider, and the other either for my laptop (in case I want to run some personal videos that I had taken), or for the Blue Ray player. Good enough!
(The serious would never consider the analog inputs: That's just to retain the TV's ability to play old formats which, honestly, severely underutilize an HD / Full HD TV's potential)
The lowest priced HD TV, this guy provides the stiffest competition to all 32" HD and Full HD TVs when considering the price, and performance. Of-course, 3D ain't not supported on this one.
No USB movie support
By Suraj kumaron
USB port supports only FAT file system and file types jpg and mp3 only. So no movie play back from USB.
All connectors except USB is on back. So to add or replace cable you'll have to take TV out of wall-mount. (Its easy as the TV weighs only 4.something KG)
look and feel : 8 / 10
video : 8 / 10
audio : 5 /10
value for money : 6 / 10
(requires a firmware upgradation)
Toshiba service engineer came within 48 hrs of placing call. First wall-mount is free of cost.
great velue for money

nice package by toshiba with such a low price
pro-
colores are very good
contrast and brightness is also very good
overall picture quality is good and comparable to any full HD LED
unbelievable price
unbelievable light waight ( only 4.5KG!!)
very thin
good sound
2 HDMI input
cons:
not much settings in menu ( i suggest to keep all in default which is best combination)
USB movie playback is missing only songs and jpeg ( not much matter to me as I have lappy to play move through HDMI)
bottom line is it is a great product at this price range, as compair to unnecessarily high priced Sony/Sammy products
you decide which is better :
sony LED 32inch full HD TV --- approx 35 to 40 thousand
toshiba 32PB200 + yamaha 5.1 channel AV receiver + home theater sys --- approx 42 thousand
believe me there is no noticible difference between HD and full HD TV in 32inch model
it's only matter if you consider 42 or above, insted of this invest in some good hometheater system etc.
good deal...

con: lack of many settings/options for tv menu(no screen off music mode while playing mp3, no movie playback via USB)...

Worth every bucks

Truly a brilliant TV from an major brand and what more anyone can now buy a 32 inch LED TV.
I wanted to gift my parents an LED, keeping budget in constraint. My father was very particular about the cost since he is a little conservative and wanted to buy only 24inch or lesser models. However, I found this one in flipkart cheaper than anywhere and also i was able to get a 32inch LED without any compromise.
Looking at the cost, initially I was very skeptical and googled all day to find bad reviews. I did not get much but was able to download the user-manual and went through all its features. I also went to the nearby showroom in Bangalore. It was placed along with other brands like SONY, PHILIPS, SAMSUNG and LG most of them where full HD and the best part, I could not make out much difference.
The price in showroom in bangalore is 27 K, may be they give some electric coolker as gift....
Coming to the picture quality, it is best to my satisfaction - I have seen SONY LED 40Inch closer and I was not pretty satisfied when watching regional channels. But the PB200 is not bad. At first i connected my tatasky box to TV using A/V mode and the picture was very blunt... then I saw the component video connection, and this made a huge difference. I would say it value for money. It clearly brings out the colour contrast and with little adjustment in the picture settings brings best satisfaction.
The sound is just good. I did not expect much in this aspect as for real sound experience, one should always get some home theater system. There is no negatives about this.
The package was delivered in 3 days. It was suppose to be delivered in 2 days, but due to the mistake of bluedart, they delayed it by one day. The package was delivered without damage.
The TV comes with 3 yr warranty from Toshiba.
All the basic features of modernTV - HDMI, USB(no movie), PC connectivity
Low power consumption
Narrow bezel
Lots of small features in picture adjustment - will need some time to tell more on this.
Very light weight
Overall you will not feel bad after getting this.
