Every phone has its pros and cons...
i suggest everyone to first list our what they need and is useful for them
Arc has the best display,resolution and its look!! tooo hot!
And i used a phone with secondary cam for 2 years previously,and never even opened it atleast once....
And i am sure that i would never make video calls and the 3G rates also donot permit to...
So think before opting for other fones just for the sake of it...
if you want looks,display,resolution,camera and a decent processor(1.4ghz is more than enough for most of the apps) donot think beyond and go for it...
And coming to the battery...battery is the basic problem of smart phones...can't help...
but yes i agree that the battery back up is not good

I'm using this mobile since 2 years and still it is doing very well as a new one. It supports latest games like nfs MW, temple run oz,GTA VC,ASPHALT 8:Airborne without any lag. And the display clarity is awesome with bravia engine.But less Battery backup(Its a problem with Android not by SE). The display is very far better than SGII.Camera clarity is outstanding!!

Overall, the battery life should not prevent anyone from getting this phone.

tooooooooooo Expensive for this price it is good for 20K..oh wait samsung galaxy R is for 21K and Lg optimus 2x is for 19K and they r Dual core to. SonyEricsson you are doing Wrong............!!!!

nice mobile!!!now i have white arc s.nice,stylish,light weight,camera quality is super,Bravia Engine and xLoud are really awesome features,Camera is too good,gives awesome quality crisp n clear pics,when you use video call you face towards a mirror so that the person who you're calling to could see you,since no front cam is available in this phone.
