I purchased this washing machine two months back (May 2012) from Flipkart. The product is of good quality, very less sound and washing quality with Surf excel is good. Using it is also very simple. Multiple selection mode for different kind of washing. After washing this washing machine will only remove water from clothes through spin option. Some moisture will be still there, so you have to dry them. Overall good product. Flipkart delivered it very fast !!! Amazing !!! Thanks Flipkart.

I checked Washing Mach at 4-5 Leading stores before I purchased it offline. But I found the best selling machines in Top Loading category are Samsung & Panasonic. I was above to book the Panasonic Display Piece from Reliance Digital, but just 3 hours before I went to the Mechanic & asked him to suggest. He vouched for Samsung as best because very little complaints, PCB/ECB board can be repaired unlike other brands which requires repplacement which means Rs.5000-8000 expenditure. The same thing in Samsung gets repaired for Rs.800 and the Gear Box is spoil can not cost more than Rs.2000. The spare parts are economical & easily available, you can register your product online. Unlike Retail Chain stores offering Extended warranty, you can take 3 yrs extended warranty from Samsung for Rs.3000. Which means your machine is under 5 years warranty. Now coming to the wash quality, the 1st thing we washed were our 7 years old curtain which was washed earlier too. But after we washed it in Delicate option with delay start of 3 hrs, the curtains looked as much as new & were white instead of half white. It is very silent when it operates and uses very little water & time. I have no clues of electricity as we have just purchsed it on 10th March 2013. I did not buy Panasonic cause thee spare parts are expensive and from China and not easily available.

Amazing washing machine. Very quite. Very easy to use. Lint filter is very useful (though initially I thought this was not required). Service was good (installation). Have been using close to 3 months now (2-3 times a week), not a single issue. Short run time to wash and dry. Cleans thoroughly without being hard on clothes. Drying is really good. We have washed odd materials like jerkins, caps, foot mats (cotton), thick bedsheets and everything was washed cleanly and without harming the material though we used standard settings. Has musical alarms and indicators which is very nice, though its not important. Definitely worth the price (Rs.14,260/-). Proper packing and delivery (3 days) and same day installation. Technical person (Mr. Das) was very professional, very helpful - explained everything clearly, adjusted the machine to balance it properly, everything done properly and with a good attitude, though it was quite late. We decided to buy this machine after reading user reviews and ratings. We definitely do not regret. So thanks to users who posted their reviews and rated this machine on flipkart. Thanks!
