I am writing this review after using this product for more than 2 months. Picture quality and sound quality is good. Thanks a lot to snap deal for their quick service. when i have received the delivery i found one component of this tv is missing then immedately i have contacted snap deal. and i got amazed with their quick and proper response. with this experience i have realized how much snap deal values its custumers. definitely i will recommend this product and service of snapdeal to all.

I liked it when I say it here but lobed it when it received it at my home. Got the product in perfect condition and at an unbeatable price. It felt more delightful it even to know that it even comes with free installation and also there are no issues with the warranty coverage. Nothing can be better than this.

Hi, I bought this in mid April, 15. Initial experience was worst. It was delivered bit later than expected and from 2nd day, I have noticed a spot at the centre of the screen. I asked for the replacement. And Customer Support from Snapdeal was awesome. They immediately put it for replacement without any non-sense questions/concerns. Anyway, it took another a week to get the replacement. But, this time there was no issue. It was working like a Gem. Awesome Picture Quality. Very Good and clear sound and lots of connectivity options like for my Home Theater, Camera, Laptop, Memory Drives. Crystal Clear Picture Quality put me to forget the past of defective product. I am very happy by having this in my children room. I must say without any hesitation that if you are willing to go for a medium size of TV, you should consider it for sure.

Everything is just awesome with this TV. 1. Cristal clear picture quality. 5/5 2. Sound . 4/5 3. HDMI port . 5/5 4. USB port. 4/5. I tried connecting my 1TB hard disc but it did not ditected which needs to be improved. Pen drive works fine. 5. Overall it's good . 4/5 6. Don't need smart TV since we have HDMI and crome cast.

I received the as per schedule. Installation happened as per schedule. No issues on that. But while installing, found display issue on tv. I saw a white thin light displayed at the bottom of the screen. Requested replacement immediately on 22nd may 2017. No progress till now. No clear communication from flipkart. Update: I got my replacement tv on 28th May after continues follow up with Flipkart. this TV has no issues. works fine as expected. still i will give 1 star. its not for the TV. but its for the lack of communication by Flipkart and the time taken to process my replacement request.

******Update******** I am changing my review after using for 5 months. There was a dark spot started to appear on the bottom side. First there was one spot and then it become two and then three. I raised a complaint with samsung and they change the Display panel at free of cost. Then it was all fine for couple of weeks, Again a dark spot started to appear in a different place. I raised complaint for second time and they gave me full refund. Samsung customer care was excellent. But unfortunately i had to give up on the TV because of dark spots. Exisiting owners please check for the issue. Dark spots will be prominent in bright scenes. It appears in bottom side. Recently bought this TV. But not from Flipkart. After a lot of research thought of buying 32F5100. And came around this model in internet. This model is not yet popular because its launched very recently. So planned to put the extra money and go for latest model. Using this TV for last one month and I can say I am satisfied. Pros : 1. Excellent Picture quality. Especially HD content. 2. Sound quality is awesome. Keeping the mode in Standard and activating clear voice feature and keeping the volume at 12 or 13, I can feel the real DTS quality. 3.Design is supreme. Its so sleek and I can never realize that there is a panel around the TV. 4. Extremely light weight. 5. Power consumption is very less. 6. USB to USB transfer, screen and sound capture ( It can be done only if you connect USB or HDD) 7. plays almost all the format of videos seamlessly (tried MKV, FLV, AVI, MP4, VOB and few others.) 8. Quick detection of external device connected. Cons: 1. Cricket Mode is not so good. This mode just increases the color and sharpness. and increases the background noise in stadium. I would rather prefer watching in Movie mode. 2. Placement of HDMI cable and on USB ports are so clustered. had difficulty in plugging the USB to the port initially. But used to it now. I wish there should be enuf space between them. Anyway those who use one USB port wont face any problem. 3. No E-manual. 4. No facility to switch between the paused Media content and set-top box content. if you pause any videos you watching in USB and switch to cable or set-top box content and again switch back to videos in USB, you must start the USB content from first. ( you can anyway pause, stop, forward and rewind the content while playing USB content ) Overall I am satisfied with this Full HD LED TV. You can go for it without second thought. Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

As far as product is concerned, its really good for the price tag of 31k. I got it courtesy the billion day sale for 1k less :). The sound & picture quality are really awesome. A word of caution though is , to have a HD setop box because with SD box, the quality isn't really good. Only after i changed to HD box, even SD channels looked much better. Expect for rare trouble with installation which got heavily delayed, this transaction has been pleasant. At this price, this is the best full HD (non-smart, 3d) offering.

Previously I had one 42 inch Panasonic plasma TH-42PV7HS TV and since I want to upgrade to 48 inch and LED, zeroed upon Samsung UA48H5100AR 48 inch led TV. Built : very delicate, though formfactor is slim and good Picture Quality: despite being full hd, the picture is sub par compared to 780p Panasonic, which is simply amazing. Using TataSky HD and picture quality is horrible, Features: Basic and necessary, compared to Panasonic, only advantage USB connectivity. GUI : Very good. I truly miss my Panasonic picture quality, Samsung no where near to that. Price is excessive, compared to built, picture quality, wish I got it for 20k,

I got this TV not from flipkart. I must say its a awesome TV with amazing picture quality. Pros: Full HD,nice to watch blu-ray or 1080P movies.Awesome picture quality for HD set top box.easy controls & easy to setup. Cons : Sound quality is not so good. If you r going to use home theater system or 5.1 speaker system then its a must buy.
