Believe me... I am using this laptop... In this one year span, I sent it to service centre 10 times... Still the problem is not rectified... Acer service centre technicians are unable to prepare it... Now warrenty period over and laptop is of no use now... I purchase desktop now... Acer service is worst... I personally dont recommend acer products... We will loose your money and valuable time because of this kind of products...
I strongly recommend not to Buy this Product and any such Items ...

This Product is extremely shabby and now service center says the Warranty can not be accepted as the S.No in Invoice and actual does not match.I do not know what to do with this product. Amazon is also not able to help resolve issues.Touch does not work, Key Board does not function, Charging has issues, Battery drains out fast, issues and issues and issues...I strongly recommend not to Buy this Product and any such Items from Amazon because even Amazon is helpless.

I buy this product 21st june 17, I 'on' this laptop only once, at the second time it is not starting. I tried whole day to start laptop,it is also full charged still laptop is not working. I strongly recommend not to buy this product. They are sending defective product or may be it is used product.
