First thanks to Flipkart and WSRetail. The product I have got just after two days ordering was defective. But Flipkart changed this product taking one day more. Really Great and Awesome service. About Product: Since most of the customer first time exchanged their damaged product please check this particular product before final dispatch. Pros: 1. steel body very easy to wash 2. Mouth large- so you can boil egg or anything. 3. very fast heating 4. Other pros as usual and effective including auto shutoff etc. Cons: 1. Very problematic to unlock the lid once locked. I hope this is the main problem of this beautiful product. Prestige should take action of it. (But can be avoided this problem if you do not lock the lid) 2.Auto shut down sometimes crates problem; suppose you want to boil potato in it as the water starts boiling, kettle stops automatically but still the potatoes remain unboiled.(Can be avoided by the above said technique). ( I am placing this 'auto shut off' in the cons but it cannot be regarded as real cons because you are buying this after knowing this inf.)

Recently placed a order for this kettle which was delivered in 4 days. Impressed by service of Flipkart. The product is quite good. Water starts boiling in less than 30 sec. Auto shut off works perfectly.Not suitable for boiling milk as it burns from bottom and spills over. Mostly have used this for making Maggi. Only problem is with the cover which keeps falling back while pouring out contents from the kettle. Otherwise a very good option.
