The service from flipcart is excellent... I was bit surprised to receive the product in 2 days time where as the scheduled delivery time is 7 days. Preethi product is also fantastic and it is an awesome experience in using this Mixer Grinder. The Powerful Motor is really useful and Juicer is added feather in the cap.

I received the product Preethi Eco Plus yesterday very much in time as I needed it. But I was very much disappointed when I saw the product physically for the first time. 1. The mixer makes lot of noise though it is described as 'Silent' by feature. 2. The Mixer Jars are of very poor quality and in inappropriate sizes(Compared to my current Bajaj Mixer which is almost 6 years old). 3. The Juicer Jar is made of very poor plastic and is very uncomfortable to hold. 4. The Blades are not of good quality & there is no blade given for making butter milk. I spoke to Flipkart customer care and found that they are not going to help me in this regard. It is obvious that they will not give replacement for bad products. I am repenting the most for shopping this product on Flipkart. Suggestion to Flipkart: Before you recommend any model from any brand, please physically check the product with professionals so that we poor buyers who blindly rely on you won't loose time and money...... After around a couple of weeks research i could finalize to purchase this product. And guess what? I was amazed at its quality and look. And it worked perfectly well. Its a heavy duty motor and I am sure that its durable as well. Thanks to flipkart customer service who helped me in selecting the exact product as per my need. I needed a product that can do almost all kind of grinding including Idli dosa batter. But only one thing that is lacking is, the lids of all the jars are not proper except for the chutney jar. The chutney jar has a lock system that makes it very comfortable to use. I don't understand the reason why the other jars are not provided with the locks. And also the reason why gaskets are there in the lids? You can make spill proof jars even without gaskets. Gaskets make the cleaning process difficult and the lids come out very easily, with just an effortless pull of a single finger of your left hand. Anyway that is a minor problem and is adjustable as it works very fast and gives you perfect result. So basically I am happy and this lid wala review is to help the other customers know the product before they decide to purchase it. Thank You flipkart. And please make all the products deliverable at my address as I stay in Mumbai not at a very rural place. I Love purchasing from flipkart but since few things are not deliverable at my address, i am unable to buy lot of things.
