I have used this product earlier since last 7+ years and was very happy with the performance.I thought of buying a new one as old one was getting worn out.And hence thought of buying the same product again. The delivery was on time. Full marks to the delivery.But sad to see the quality of the product. It appears that it is a duplicate one.The quality of steel jars, motor, plastic, time it takes to grind stuff and the quality of grinding is no where close to the older version.I believe Phillips won't degrade the product quality, hence, my guess is that a counterfeit product is being sold online.An update to the comments - The largest steel jar has developed cracks without even using it even once. I would request Amazon to give an option of giving ZERO stars also

Big n medium jar leaks. Low noise of mixi. Packing was good. I use small jar more often than other two.

Got it on time but just checked if all the parts are there or not as I had to take it abroad When I tried to use it I found that the lid (tomb)for the jar has no locks fitted to it So it's a waste I cannot return it as I am out of country Not expected from a company like Philips

Excellent machine! It IS really a silent one.Does the job very well without making much noise likeOther mixers and grinders! Remember where there is friction and speedy movement there hasTo be noise !In this case it is very low!

not good for chutney and shakes. It makes considerable noise though bit less, but nothing like silent. Chutney jar have only two blades. Even the shaker jar have 2 blades only. Takes really long to make it fine.
