Usually Coffee making machines are complicated and very expensive sincethere is idea that Coffee is meant for rich people ! Our world is dumped with INSTANT coffee and most of people think this is The Coffee !The real Coffee is real bean Coffee !This is amazing little machine of Coffee machine for one couple and makes almost 3-4 cups (depending on how big your cup).Everything is okay. I have been using years another model from Philip and this one seems to be better.May be 1-2 times you have to master the product function after that everything will be great !I am enjoying my coffee. The plastic filter that comes with it I did not like since previously it use to be metallic.. However, good thing is you can also put your own paper filter over it and it will work perfectly ! Do not take out the filter that is there but the paper filter on it !Enjoy the real coffee at home.. Yes, drinking out side Coffee is very expensive ( unless you are meeting a friend and do not want to invite your home for coffee).Now the coffee culture is creeping every where...it is great to learn right way to do things rightly.Same principle is for coffee making. You need know how it works. The water has to be poured in different compartment and coffee powder in front filter compartment. Switch off the machine and mains immediately you receive the brewed coffee same as earlier mark of water poured. Other wise without water may be difficult, the steam starts coming our as soon as water is no more. You can see videos on you tube to know how to make coffee. Its nice machine. I got it at Rs 1500.

I love this coffee machine - I've used coffee machine for years and never really want to spend a lot of money or buy automatic machines as I like measuring the strength, quantity, etc of my coffee. This one is brilliant and I've used it everyday since I bought it (some times many times a day). I love it shows the water level as you pour water into the compartment, love that the drip is a handle that moves out of the way when I open the lid, love how strong the glass jar is and also how quickly it heats the water to the right temperature so there isn't a lot of steam and consequently loss of water like some other machines. Well done Philips! If you are a coffee lover, buy it!!!!!

Cleaning it would be a pain. Also it doesn't mixes anything like you need ingredients to mix to make it a coffee by adding sugar, coffee, with milk or water. Only thing it does is boil stuffs you put in. Nightmare. You may rather go with kettle infact that thing is even easier to clean then this crap. However appreciate Snapdeal's efforts to make customers happy.
