amazon rocks , but never go for panasonic. no body takes care for customer

amazon and the seller performed better than expectations.but i regret to say that i have lost faith in panasonic .panasonic took more than 20 days for installation, that too after continuous follow up. no body takes responsiblity, do not transfer call to seniors. very bad service , no body to listen to complaints. just provide numbers of so called vice manager (some non educated persons telling their degnation as vice manager) . i am afraid , what will be their response if and defect arise in tv.today also i bought a tv for my colleague and i clearly denied him for panasonic. this time we bought lg 32 inches just bacause of bas service by panasonic.
Pros Video quality in HD is great enough to justify this budget

Its been six month i have purchased it. Its a decent product within this budget.ProsVideo quality in HD is great enough to justify this budget. Remember your Set top box or other media should be able to input the HD quality. If you are viewing it through normal analog cable tv or something, don't criticize it for poor quality.Cons It play mkv formats perfectly, but not all of the mp4 encode formats.

Though didn't buy through flipkart, have been using this TV for more than 3 months.. great picture quality better than sony led Tv..
There are some cons.. sound is not so great, have to use external speakers.. doesn't play most of mp4 format movies.. called panasonic customer care, they said to change format to .mkv and play.. tried it but still can't play..

This Product is very good in perspective of Price & Performance as well. Good Picture & Sound Clarity. Since it comes with IPS display has a great Viewing Angle (178 deg). This product is Better than Sony 32''inch R41series.

The flipkart service was topnotch delivered in less than 24 hrs. I bought A32A405D for just 19000 after exchanging my old CRT TV. I feel at this price this is the best one can get.
The Panasonic engineer also visited the within 48 hrs of delivery, thou i did the table mount installation on my own, it very easy.
The picture quality is excellent, you can connect the hdd but it read very slow. In fact the the manual recommends upto 16Gb pen drive only.
Some users have mentioned about the low sound output, howver i found sound quality good and good enough loudness for the room size of 12x15.

Though not comparable with Sony and LG, it's worth the value for money. Nice picture quality. Sound is a bit low and needs to be raised high to listen clearly. Anyway, I am planning to put a woofer with it so no worries for me.
Viewing angle is also wide. HD channels look super clear.
All in all, I am satisfied with the TV for its price.

This is my second home appliance purchase from SnapDeal. The TV is really nice and have a better sound clarity than the others in the similar price range. This has got an IPS display which is really good and the color does not fade even if looked at from an angle. So picture and sound clarity in this price range...win win for me.
