So if any tech problem with product wait for 15 days to get from pune
but 15 days without a mixer grinder kitchen is difficult
Why this cheating by Flipkart, increase rate after we select????

I decided to buy a Panasonic mixer after checking. However this model shows in main screen with other Panasonic mixers with rate Rs. 3,890/-
However when I wish to buy and click on item it is increased to 4,590/- an increase of Rs 700/- though I live in Bangalore city and not some small town for FK to claim something.
Same increase happens to the other models too and some other items. This is cheating and we cannot trust Flipkart.
***Are you going to fix it or do we need to check other options. Amazon & Snapdeal is giving some of the models at lower prices and MegaMore /Big Bazaar at even lower prices.

The product was working fine till last week and then it suddenly stopped working

I bought this around 1.5 years back. The product was working fine till last week and then it suddenly stopped working. Then the nightmare started. I am continuously calling panasonic customer care, on numbers given on their site and on numbers provided by customer care but there is no help. There is no service center to take requests for mixer grinder. Even the service centers shown in panasonic site are denying to work on it. Machine has 5yrs warranty but I have no clue how to avail it. Pathetic...
Excellent product with a few minor issues.

I have been using this mixer for one year now. I have used it for various things like dry grinding masalas, wet grinding masalas, chutney, dosa batter almost every day.The motor is quite powerful and blades are effective which means that you get the job done quickly. The motor is not very noisy.I think the weak point of this mixer is dry grinding. If I remember right, the manual recommended that the middle size jar should be used for dry grinding which makes no sense. I tried it and the grind was not fine enough. Using the smallest jar for dry grinding produces satisfactory results but you need to grind for 20 - 30 seconds then open the jar and mix the contents using your fingers and repeat at least 3 times to get a fine grind. The design of the lid also seems to be flawed because each time you open it, some of the powder falls out no matter how careful you are. Before this I had a Braun mixer whose dry grinder would absolutely blitz any dry masalas in seconds. I think that is because it has a specialised dry grinding jar where as here the small jar is actually meant for chutney.Inspite of the issues I would say that this is an excellent all round product for the Indian kitchen. You would struggle to find a better mixer because. Unfortunately there are not a lot of quality mixers suited for Indian cooking available in the market.

We bought this as a replacement for a brand-name mixer we had purchased a couple of years ago. That mixer had become moody (and VERY noisy) and we did not really want to get into the hassle of getting it repaired. On noise levels, there is no comparison. The chutneys and gravies are observably 'leaner'. And is gives these (much better) results in lesser time. We love this product!And yes - we got a fantastic price from CromaRetail @ Amazon.
