I purchased this tab after reviewing the customer feedback. But after all this the customer also don't write the correct feedback. The camera quality is very poor but battery backup is ok. Resolution of the display is also not so bad that is average. The customer and service support is very poor of this Oplus tab. Service center is also not available in all the cities. When any defect occurs in this tab you have to send this product to their service center and the Currier charges will be also born by the customer. Decision is yours....

I purchase this device, it is average, body and look is good but sound is so poor, even earphone is not working, so I decided to write to provider or retailer to change. I hope after change, i'll get satisfactory device. but yet, it is not a perfect device. It take a little bit more time to change orientation vertical to horizontal. I don't know why it is slow, but it is a so-so tablet.

I brought the product through other vendor and regret for buying it. They did not send me the product properly packed. When I opened it I did not notice that the back cover was partially opened. Because of this one of my sim card of regular size slipped into the device without realizing it. When I contacted the vendor they laughed it off and said its not possible without applying pressure. But trust me, this product is of very bad physical quality. Its backside looks premium but its not. Its screen is reflective and prone to fingerprints. The product I got contains even cracks. Touch is like resistive and not smooth. Screen is hyper sensitive and rotates often at the slight moment of hand. Placement of front camera is not proper as per my opinion and you cannot handle a video call by holding it with one hand. Sound clarity is poor and while competitors are offering Dolby digital at similar or slightly higher price, this company is not even giving sufficient volume at mono sound. Front camera seems better with auto focus features. Android interface is a raw one and do not expect user interface like that of Samsung or even Micromax in this tablet. I personally feel owning this tablet is totally hopeless as it is not a reliable choice with frequent call drops. Gaming looks slightly better for casual users, and none wants to shell 10K rupees of hard-earned money for an inferior quality product. My honest opinion: if you are a business user, spend another 15% extra and get a branded one, with reliability and quality. Do not worry about lesser mega pixels or lesser number of cores. At the end, what you need as a business user is reliability. That you will not get in this product. If you are a casual user, spending 10K is useless. Instead of it, spend 30% less, do not go for a 3G, and get better Chinese product of reputable quality for a slightly lower premium. Take a wiser decision and do not merely go by reviews alone. Buy product from a trusted company, but not from the one who do not trust customers.

When everything is as fine and all ratings praise it so high then you must be careful about choosing it.Before buying this product I saw all the reviews and personally liked all the comments. But reality is something else.I bought the product recently to arrange a video call from a hospital. First of all the device does not look so premium at the front and looks like cheap plastic. At the back you can feel premium finish.The product came in partially opened back, due to this regular size sim card slipped inside easily. As the manual says, you could not open the back cover, and if such thing happens to you, wait for the drama.Your integrity will be questioned by the vendor as why you inserted the sim. Later they will form an enquiry into what happened. If you are lucky enough you will be getting another device else you have to loose hopes on the sim card and use it as a kid's device to play games.Icons do not look great as the Android distro is a raw one without any polishing. Outer surface is prone to finger prints and is highly reflective. Front camera, I feel is not placed or designed correctly for making a video call. I could not make one, but I received a video call with very poor quality. Vendor blames it on the service provider. Astonishingly when I use the same ISP on some other phone which is technologically years backward, I got extreme quality.Other features like email are not tested. But I saw there is some office suite.I am not a vivid gamer, but played TempleRun, which is good for a layman like me. I am not sure how a MediaTek processor would fare in the eyes of a professional gamer.Besides this, I found the screen orientation is hyper sensitive and rotates rapidly at slight moments of the hand and I did not like this. Sound clarity is very poor and there is no stereographic or dolby quality and volume albeit is very less.I am rating this as 2 as a genuine feedback and someone placing it very high may be from their own priorities and expectations of this product. But as a business user, I feel this is a mediocre product and does not fulfill the purpose.If you are a serious user and would like to bank on this for some critical applications, better to not expend this much amount and for the poor service and committment. Better to go for a well established product even at lesser number RAM or cores and even at slightly 15% more cost. At least you would get peace of mind as you would be buying an established product.If you are a casual user, or you want something for your kids to play, then there are plethora of well established Chinese products at least 25 to 50 percent lesser price.In anycase buying this product will be a costlier option by considering all other factors. My borrowed old 3G phone with 0.3 Mega Pixel front camera is reliable and gives better picture clarity then this product and at least I am at peace becasue few pixels does not matter.

No need to tell its specification . seriously if u r in search of a tablet pricing 10k , definitely this is the best one. Performance similar to nexus 7 2012 edition. Hd games play like butter, good for watching movies, good battery life. Plus point over nexus 7 rear camera, external sd support, inbuilt 3g. If u want to buy go for it, otherwise buy nexus 7 from flipkart at 11k.

I am sorry to say that the Tablet is very poor quality. Within purchase of six months , my Tablet was not charging and whenever call comes the display becomes dark, then I complainted then they repaired with 15 days, thats good. But after 4 months the same problem came , I again tried but sorry to say that after lotmany complaints only one response came, but there is no positive response. I am still waiting for their reply. So i think it is better not to purchase this Tablet.
