Pros.
1) Small and compact.
2) No or little operating sound.
Cons.
1) 10 year warranty on motor is a bluff. Product has actually been covered under 2 year warranty only as per the owner's manual. Although 10 year warranty has been assured by flipkart, it's applicability remains to be a big question mark since no written document is available.
2) Wheels are nothing more than an eye wash. It appears that Onida has tried to create something out of nothing. Wheels are too small to handle the machine.
3) No timer available.
4) No lint filters available.
5) Top cover is transculent. One can't see what is going on inside.
Although It's to early to comment on its performance, prima facie it doesn't appear to be a value deal.
Waste of money!

Delivery on time and installation done in a week. Used it twice and it was pretty decent. Very much suitable for small family or bachelors as you can wash only 4 pairs at once. Small and occupies less place so happy for that.

For flipkart delivery and packing, I would give 5 stars. Got my product delivery, the next day, as I am in bangalore. Product and washing quality seems to be fine, so far. Pretty good and economical option for a small family of 2 or 3 persons. It has almost all required feature like lint collection, air dry, quick wash, etc... So it is highly recommended...
The only drawback, that i had encountered... is from Onida installation support. Though they have come the next day, but they are trying to force people to buy the utility stuffs from them.. like maching stand, water filter, tank cleaner, etc... And machine itself cost 9k+ (with offers)... and their stand + filter itself was more than 3000 !!! The installation guy even suggesting, that they may not cover the warranty, if the filter (of Rs.1800/-) is not bought from them !!! There is no such clause in any warranties !!! :)
Ofcourse, I did not buy anything from him, as all those product much lower in e-commerce sites. But if we are not aware, they can scare and make us buy those product for inflated prices !! So BEWARE OF ONIDA INSTALLATION - totally unprofessional...

I have not faced any challenges apart from installation guy doing a substandard installation of the product where in the water pipe was not fitted properly, which I had to do on my own.
But as far as product is concerned, decent capacity -5.8 kg, feels very compact, its all working as expected and I dint find any problem, I believe its a decent deal for this price.
