It's a must have device and accuracy is 100% when you compare it to the heavy duty gym equipments used to measure BMI. I am very happy I bought it and now I'll always keep a track of my progress. You can configure it very easily and it can store data of 9 people. It is quick and easy to use.

Data shown is not accurate at all. Absolute waste of money. I did the testing outside and the fat content was reduced a lot. But the device was still showing the old data.

It seemed to me that the monitor calculates the fat percentage on the basis of the data's that are fed into it and does not calculate the fat percentage on its on.If you alter the weight and age,of the same person of a specific height,the instrument gives different results.Biometric impedence and other basis that it claims,does not seem to be truth.Moreover this particular model HGF-306,does not have the "Athlete" or "Normal" mode as was displayed in the model during purchase.
Good product for domestic use. Accuracy is something I am still not sure about. But frankly the upwards / downwards movement in body fat is what interests me.
