The Nova Sandwich Grill is very easy to clean and maintain. It has enough space to grill two sandwiches at the same time. Unfortunately, the grilling is not quite even. The portion of the sandwich which is directly over the heating coil, has a tendency to get slightly burnt. I find that the sandwiches have to be removed before the auto cut off or otherwise it gets overdone. The power cord could have been longer for easier use.

Too delicate and plastic-y . First time it came with broken handle. Got it replaced. Second time came with a broken clip on - did not even have the strength to send it back. There are cheaper much better products in the market.

It works fine. Cooks evenly grilled sandwiches, Only thing it needed to improve is the wire length, The length could have been longer. Otherwise work as expected.
Didn't work from my 3rd use..

On my 3rd usage itself got problem. This product is not getting Power ON. Didn't expect this, numbers provided for service center is not connecting saying Invalid numbers (+91-22-22000180, +91-22-22000181) very worst thing after buying the product and don't know where to go to get this repair. Buy this product only after checking if service center is available or reachable. Otherwise don't waste ur valuable money

Nice quality product that has some good nonstick grills that can be cleaned easily once you are done using it. Only drawback is that there is a lock to close the top only on one side.
