extremely good product. 60 x zoom is what attracted me to the product. and also the pricing which is quite affordable considering you want such good zoom. I dnt think any other brand offers it in this price range and Nikon can't be compared to others.
Only thing I found a little disheartening was that the autofocus on the subject while zooming is a tad slow compared to other cameras and even compared to Nikon L830 which has 30x zoom. Otherwise its cool. The multivariangle display is cool
if you are looking out for a zoom monster and dont want a dslr this is the product to choose

Have not yet tried many options but the basic photos and the quality looks amazing.Pros:- Multiple options to take photos.- Excellent for people who plan to become a photographer.- Manual mode gives you a lot of options to play with.- Auto Aperture mode makes your job really easy in getting the blur effect.- Auto shutter mode gets you going when you need to capture moving objects.Many more option to explore yetCons:- Camera needs to be attached to to the cable while charging.-Wifi connectivity not so smooth (may be i am doing something wrong)
Excellent super-zoom camera

I bought this camera after doing a lot of research in google. I was looking for a superzoom bridge camera which performs best in long shots. This camera is rated as the number one in super-zoom cameras. The moon shooting mode is one of the great feature. Only problem I found is the long time taken to focus in some modes. I have used 52mm filters which improves the lighting conditions and protect the lens. If you want to avoid vignetting at zoom mode, use a 52-62mm step-up ring with 62mm filters. The camera bag provided is too small for the camera and accessories. There is no external battery charger and you have to keep battery inside camera to charge. Nikon MH-67P battery charger is not available anywhere. So I bought a third-party imported charger(vivitar) to charge battery separately. I got spare Vivitar batteries(2300mAH which is better than original nikon 1850mAH) too along with the charger on eBay at cost 2000Rs. You can also check this: http://www.amazon.com/Kastar-Charger-EN-EL23-Coolpix-Digital/dp/B00RTTVJPA If you want NFC, go for P610 model which is having same features. It was almost double the price when I bought this. Now it is cheaper than P600. Buy a good tripod and you can take best pictures. HDMI cable is in the package.Pros:Best super-zoom camera.Moon shooting and birdwatching mode.Panorama mode.Great low light performance.WiFi and mobile app for remote control.Cons:Long time to focus in some modes.No external charger.No summary video as in some canon models.Small camera bag.No hot shoe for external flash.
pretty cool camera

Bought this item @ 16K and I got all accessories. I feel I was lucky.. received item in said date.. pretty cool camera... but one weird situation happened to me.. I kept it cupboard and didn't one full day... when I took the camera on next day I feel something moving on my hand. I checked and it was small red ants.. They made a hole on hand gripper of the camera and spread all over the camera.. they came away in all around from the camera.. they went flash light, cam lens and every where.. then I went Nikon service center and everyone around me were shocked when I told about my issue.. finally they cleaned all ants without any cast.. now it looks good..If you are believe my words, please find the attachments..

Zoom provided is extremely brilliant. I was able to shoot number plate of a car roughly 300 m away.Picture clarity is good. Vibration adjustment is very helpful.Color output is near lifelike i.e. photographs are not tinted with either red or blue.Grip is very user friendly. Buttons are accessible with single hand.Not much weight to carry around.All that in a camera under 20k Indian Rupees. This makes a great purchase.Overall a great product for tourist or occasional photographers. However I am sure even pros would be very happy with this product.

The camera is great. Zooming is awesome. Have just received it yesterday and I am already a fan of it. Very well compact piece with amazing features, rotating screen and a feel of DSLR. Great product for all new comers who want to begin their Photographic ambition. Battery life is also good.Cons :1. Battery cannot be charged alone, you have to plug in the camera itself and charge which i found out to be a little problamatic.2. The camera case which i received along with the camera is very small, nikon doesnot fit inside it.
