Have been using this for about 3 weeks now. Am quite satisfied for just one reason, sheer convenience of making the coffee. Though I personally feel that none of the coffee makers come close to the experience of traditional filter coffee pots; nonetheless, they provide hassle free service. More so when we need it the most, rush time. Now, about the coffee maker itself ~ relatively sleek design with water compartment at the back and the coffee powder section on top of the glass jar. Everything is easily accessible with opening the single top lid. Little care is needed while placing the coffee powder tray, so that the filter outlet and its sping fits well on top of the glass jar. The spring is the only crucial part of this mechanism and with rough handling it would certainly get damaged making the machine useless. Overall built quality and design is good. Would certainly appeal to those who care a bit more of esthetics than the coffee !! Haven't quite understood, how the 'strong' and 'light' coffee options really work, though not tried yet and don't see a possibility in near future as my personal preference is always for a strong coffee. Cleaning ~ quite easy. Extra care needed while cleaning the spring section of the coffee powder tray. Finally, time to have a good cuppa ! Enjoy your coffee.

Have had the coffee maker for almost 2 years now, and its proven to be a good work horse. It does its job, whenever we need it to make coffee and makes enough in one round for the entire family. We are quite happy with the kind of coffee it make as well, one must remember that this is not a espresso machine, and keep expectations in line with what this product can do :)

I got the product. I am happy with the design, service etc. However, the coffee is highly watery and doesn't taste like the filter coffee we make at home. Maybe we need to use a certain type of coffee? That sort of specific recommendation should be given by the coffee maker on the product page. regards, K

I am very satisfied with this product. works great, no fuss. worth the money- spent about 2000/- at Kohinoor, Thane W. I had done quite a bit of research before buying this and realised there were not many options in the Indian market.. many retail shops had one or two or 3 products only. The filter is good, cleanable, and the switches work great.
