It is an excellent product and at an economical price. I never expected, I can buy a 40 " LED TV with only 65 W power consumption at less than Rs 20,000 . The view area is full 39" unlike some other makes, where the view area is about 1" to 2" less from all sides. The view is very clear. On the negative side, in wall mounting, inserting a USB for viewing is very, very difficult. They could have provided an one foot extension so that the USB can be inserted from front or from side without struggling to locate it on the back side

A value for the money item. Bear in mind that its not full HD but HD ready. For those using DTH, please change your set top box's picture / HD setting for better viewing experience. As using SD set top box can give a lot of pixelation given its big screen size. As far as possible use HD set top box. Using SD can spoil viewing experience.Also, there is a lot of difference in picture quality using HD cable and other AV cables (one with red, yellow and white leads).Sound is decent, but for better experience, use external speakers. Also has two USB slots, One VGA port for connecting with Laptop or PC . E External speakers provision available.Installation by micromax is subject to whims and fancy of local agent of micromax.

LED TV is good in this price bracket as compared to others even more expensives LEDs.Pros: Picture Quality Functions and feature Supports almost all formats of audio & video Design Sound Quality and clearityCons: Sound is low not able to use power volume feature for external speakers Manual is not describing or explaining all the features for "how to use" This model does not comes with the stand as described in this pic. Stand is general rounded shape flat square base.

23 days and 6 phone calls later,I am still waiting for their installation support. God forbid something goes wrong with the TV, I don't know whaat worth is their warranty. The local person arranged by Micromax to install the wall mounting says that online purchases are his last priority becvause his dues for earlier work are pending.

Purchased this tv 10 months ago, stopped working all of sudden, contacted Micromx engineer, would not entertain as it was purchased online, though clearly there is warranty card.Amazon should reflect on this, tried contacting them at thier opening times from UK, no responseWould never bother buying anything with them again, better to look at Flipkart, snapdeal.

After using more than a week a genuine review-
Flipkart delivery and installation is very good and fast as expected.Got this TV with exchange offer and cashback around 7K.
1.The picture quality is very good.
2. Sound is good with my Tata sky connection.
3. Plays most of the video formats with USB.
4. While playing some MKV file audio is not played, it is the issue with some other TV's also.
5. While playing some movies with USB audio is not good but it was because the audio output is low with file as for some other movie files audio is not that bad
6. Good TV for normal home use.
7. No comment about after sails service as I have not yet need to go to Micromax.

Best product at @10,000, Looks stylist, batter picture quality.. Some disappoint with sound and build quality but its ok after all its at half price than any other.

Trust me this was probably the best experience that i had purchasing an item online.
As the seller was WSretail so i was pretty much sure that the delivery will be fast.
Indeed it was, i got the order delivered on the next day the order was placed.
Installation was easy so i did it myself but still engineer came and checked whether there is anything i want to know, he explained everything about the functioning of TV.
Now the quality part..This probably is the best TV in this segment ,Sound Quality is Average,Picture Quality is NHD that is 1366 * 768 ,Menu options are smooth and easy to operate
Now the best part is the deal that flipkart gives you ,maybe you wont get it anywhere else .I purchased this at 10390 and the price dropped to 9881, within 5 days 409 rs have been credited to my Wallet.
Note : i never contacted Flipkart for this nor made any request anywhere..
Overall excellent service by Flipkart and as i said earlier TV is overall Good..For Flipkart service and the tv combined i will rate 9/10 .but because the rating scale is out of 5 hence giving full marks :)
