Many of those who would buy this, are upgrading from the bag that came bundled with the camera and kit lens. It is a decent upgrade and not a big jump, considering the Nikon bag I got wasn't half as bad. As most reviewers point out that it can hold 3 lenses (including the kit lens) with one lens mounted on the camera, but don't automatically assume it is a very big bag. All pieces of your hardware snug inside it's thick padding that should be enough to take care of minor beating as you travel along. The rain flap (or that is supposed to be rain flap) is a nice little bonus and while I have not taken it out in rain, the additional protection will surely make you feel secure.If you have a not-so-big telephoto lens, keep it mounted and you will have lot more space left around for tidbits. I don't think you would like to consider it if you tag along 3 telephoto lenses. It should work best with a 300mm, Kit lens and a prime lens or flash.The handle is sturdy, and the strap decent enough. There are two buckles on the back which I suppose are to slide it through the belt. Seams appear to be strong as are the zippers. Internal padding is orange and soft - definitely the right stuff for camera bag. There are two movable partitions inside creating 3 different compartments. Middle one is for camera, and flanks for other stuff. Top of the compartments can be bent inwards to push the camera body up, so that the lens does not touches the bottom - nice touch! There is an outside pocket which can strictly hold flatter stuff - papers, SD card etc. Two stretchable side pockets can take in few things as well.Major question - should you upgrade it if your bundled bag is serving you well? It has more room for additional lens, better padding and above all it looks modern and adventurish. My bundled Nikon bag looks positively vintage in comparison.But if you want to slide in some additional hardware like a tablet along with the camera, or like to carry multiple zoom lenses, look somewhere else.

The bag was to be an upgrade over my OEM Nikon bag. Needed an inexpensive but sturdy option to house my D7000+18-200mm+50mm along with battery charger, couple of filters, lenspen, microfibre and my camera strap.The delivery by Amazon was phenomenal; delivered in 1 day flat against a promised 2. Amazon offered the best price on the product compared to other e-commerce sites and physical camera stores (where I usually buy all my equipment from).Lowepro makes some of the best camera bags. Period. There was no other brand which I would have rather opted for despite few being more aesthetically appealing.The stitching on the bag seems solid and the materials also seem sturdy if a little rough to touch. I prefer reliability over aesthetics anyways.My camera body, with the 18-200 mounted, fit well right in between. With the 50mm and other stuff fitting well around it too. My only concern is fitting the camera body with a battery grip pack attached. That would take some permutation-combination but i am guessing it should fit.The insides are a nice shade of orange and the padding is decent.My only grouse is with the strap of the bag. Unlike my Nikon bag, there is no padded soft patch on the strap for where it comes over your shoulder. Instead the strap has some sort of corrugated material on the inside of the strap to provide friction against your shoulder. Works but is not as comfortable as the soft cushion patches on some other bag straps. The front clasp also feels more plasticky than it should. Maybe it will perform well and stay solid but doesnt inspire confidence like the bag's stitching for example.Overall for the money one pays, the Adventura 170 is really VFM and can easily accomodate your camera kit for a weekend out.

A very convenient camera bag, designed to carry body plus two extra objects like lenses or one lens plus one flash.Good quality zippers with tags. Heavy duty shoulder strap. Thoughtfully crafted pockets to hold those filters & macro lenses. The've even provided a super strong teeny weeny pouch to store those GB data cards on which most photos & videos are stored by DSLRs.The adjustable partitions within can be configured as you keep using the Adventura. Very very usefulness for travel including by air. Keep your camera kit close to your chest. Has extra space to zip in your passport & cell phone too. But it's not large enough to tote your tripod, unless it's very small.Buy it only if you buy that extra lens.Till then the standard supply camera case will suffice.

Worth Buy!!!This bag is very handy and provide Easy/Quick access to the lens.Pro's:1.Soft and colorfull interiors- Gives good touch wood feel while keeping the lens inside.2.Big enough to hold- Nikon D5200 + 70-300mm Tamron + 18-55mm Kit Lens + 35 or 55 or 85 mm Prime lens inside the pouch that too comfortably3. Holds water bottle outside + batterry+ charger+ raincover+ few other stuffs in outer zip4. The over closure is quite comfortable, so you dont hav to close the zip everytime, just a flip of the over cover will have easy access to teh lens.5. Not tested in heavy rain how water proof it is, however mild rain/ drizls- it protects you photo gears.6. Its comfortable to carry- i mean it sits with your dick very comfortably while walking, riding bikes as wellCon's1. It's very sturdy and big enough, hold my Nikon D5200 body, 35mm prime lens, 18-55, 55-210 all with hoods, charger, camera cleaning kit. Still space left for one flash and one more prime. Nice microfiber lined and orange-ish inside, so that everything is scratch free and you can see everything inside clearly, like an SD card, or a flash shoe cover fallen at bottom. Can hold a small water bottle on the side pouch. Good quality zippers.
