Defective product. Complained within 30 days. Cooling problem persisted. Now technician say that PCB is to be replaced. I want a replacement of the product and not repair. I had informed the defect within 30 days.

1) 4 star rated; consumes 242 units annually
2) Stabilizer Free- Operation
3) Powerful cooling (Within about 3 hours after installation the fridge was all guns blazing !)
Con:-
No Light for freezer compartment (flipkart fails to mention this anywhere, i got to know of it only after the installation happened)
The Product got delivered at the date and time chosen by me, the installation happened within 2 hours of delivery. The Flipkart team took my old refrigerator while delivering this one.. Overall, a very satisfying experience with flipkart !

Amazon customer care is pathetic...Just fake commitments & promises continues from past 7 days..I received a fridge without the chill tray/convertible box, door cosmetic compartment also was missing. Hopefully that's all to it. I am a little confused as to why the Model pics and its actual interior doesn't match. The light mode is different, the cosmetic compartment is missing, refrigerator has top light not the tower light as shown.Basically the interior of the product I received is not identical with the displayed image.I had purchased this fridge having liked the interior, slightly disappointed and will be skeptical about the seller information, and cloudtail happens to be Amazon owned fulfilment centre.Hidden Charges : LG will charge ?350 (Delhi NCR) for installation and Demo.
Good refrigerator but wrong description (not a value for money if you buy it for anything more than 22k)

Shipment was delivered as scheduled but what made a negative impact is the wrong description (tower light, cosmetic box and a couple of other things) and no information about "paid" installation and demo. It costs INR 513, though practically there is nothing to do to install it. Remove the package (the demo guy rips it off), move the refrigerator where you wish to, plug in the socket and there you go. Customers, don't waste your money on installation.
