Phone is no doubt best in its class in every segment but Lenovo's after sale service is worst ,no update for VoLTE and not even they have given any updates to fix marshmallow bugs .Phone was quite awesome in 5.1.1 Lollipop version but this marshmallow has ruined it now . Moreover no updates from Lenovo's side since last 4 months for its flashship phone

Don't ever but a Lenovo phone, you will get the West exp of your lifetime. Go for a xiomi, gionee or other options like opo and vivo if you are planning for buying Chinese company mobile. This mobile had excellent reviews and unboxing references on YouTube but the fact is it has lot of bugs. Also this has excellent hardware but extremely pathetic software riden over it. I will not recommend mobile phones to anyone. Also I had one issue, after 8-9 months of usage, the headphone was not getting inserted in the phone, I took it to service centre, they came up with weird response that some external device has got inserted into phone and hence headphone is not getting inserted. Later after escalation with Lenovo, it was concluded that issue was liquid spillover and it's not covered under warranty. Finally I understood that I had made a big mistake by buying a lenovo phone and switched to xiomi redmi note 4. Also this phone is a flagship phone with Lenovo but if you see this phone does not get any update and that also demostrates pathetic support of lenovo. Please do not buy this phone, you will definitely regret it.Exactly 1 day after my one year warranty got over it's charging point failed. In a city like Chennai only 1-2 service center is there. Took the mobile to the service center and got the news that the charging port will need replacement. It has been 3+ weeks now, still part is yet to arrive and god knows if it will arrive. When the phone lasted it was somewhat working okay (the heating issues aside) and needed factory reset every 3 months else it starts lagging.Now I understand why Lenovo mobiles are still failing instead of having such an impressive portfolio. Utterly disappointing and no more lenovo phones ever again.

It's been almost 2 year since when I purchased this phone !! battery last almost one entire days with heavy internet usage. Look wise it's greate.Feel good in hand. Large screen. Almost dropped 5 times from 4ft height, still not scratches. Front and back both Camera is awesome. Sound is just unbeatable. I feel good that I purchased it. Amazon is just great in terms of service. It comes with back cover and screen guard as well.Speed - 5/5.Design - 4.5/5Bettery - 4/5.
