Charging Cable is Different from other USB Chargers

Bought for my 4 year old son to play games.1. Tab developed CHARGING ISSUE (not charging) only after 2 months2. The service center took replaced the mother board under warranty3. Same (non) charging issue RESURFACED only after 1 DAY (this time the service center returned the tab after 1 Week)4. BUT the same (non) charging issue RESURFACED the THIRD TIME.It ultimately took 3 warranty replacements of the mother board by the service center to realize (only because I took the charger and cable for them to inspect) that it was the issue with the CHARGING CABLE.. the one that I was using was different than one that came (and probably misplaced) with the tablet.Replaced the cable with the correct one... Tab is working fine for now. By the way the other cable works fine for 3 other phones in the house. Wonder why the cable for the Tab2 A7-10 is different in specification.P.S: How to be sure that the Charging Cable is not compatible with the Tab2 A7-10 - Charging with other USB cables makes for excruciatingly slow charging of the tab.. Some 12-14 hours for full charge.

Done my lolipop update though it was hefty but I made this easy with my broadband, went to sleep. Woke up and found new completely different what I had previously. Tab performance and able to charge quick was improved. Internal memory storage got less. Along with working with new UI enchanted me completely. This is a must buy for everyone. Even with lolipop ram consumption is less. I have 300 apps installed and no games and it works flawlessly.
Best tab for home use. Easy use for all age peoples

A great tab for home use. If you are looking for a tab to do below things. Buy this one.- watch vedio online- browsing ( look and feel similar to desktop)- what's app- songs on speaker- easy touch for elderly- long battery back up.- Screen clarity (this only after lollipop update)After buying this tab. I hardly use my laptop.Only CON is camera, if u r not worried about camera, This is the best buy not only for u, but to ur entire family as well.Review written after 5 & 1\2 months of use.

So far so good....Pros.1.Form factor is pretty decent doesnt feels much larger can easily hold in one hand eventhough it is a 7 inch one.2.Android kitkat right out of the box and you will get a whooping lollipop update right at the moment when you connected internet through wi-fi for very firs time in this tablet.Cons:-1.Doesn't feels much Cons because i am well aware about the features this tab can provide within this price tag but one thing i noticed was the front camera i think if they include a 2mp camera it will be great addition for this tab.
Faulty product (or a whole batch) at steep discounts

It is dead after a week, hardly after 3-4 charges. It turns off while booting up, and then it boots again, so on. No amount of charging period, cooling off period helped. Since the back cover is not detachable, and has a fixed battery, there is almost nothing you can do in this situation. It is a complete waste of my money, and I never trust Lenovo or Amazon again, completely.BEWARE : This might be the reason why some batches of products are sold at steep discounts in Amazon - faulty, unreliable batch of products.
