please i suggest to don't buy this laptop from flipkart as they make fool for the product bec they told about 30 days return policy but don't return my laptop as there are many problem in it like touch pad hanging problem, speed of lappy is very slow, even battery backup is not so good. so plz dont be fool to buy this or any laptop online please purchase them from shops even you have power to physically check the system but online they make you fool. I gave flipkart and its product -ve 5 rating.

Received this product on 8th July. The product is good. Works fine for daily use.Does not heat up. Drivers CD is available with it for Windows 8.1.My concern : The invoice I received with this product had a wrong serial number on it.I asked amazon to send me a rectified invoice as I needed it to get 2 years additional warranty from Lenovo.I wrote several emails to amazon and till date I am waiting for the rectified invoice.In their emails amazon will say sorry, show their concern, will promise to rectify their mistake within 24-48 hours. That's it, they wont actually do it.I am writing this after being fed up writing emails to amazon.And of course I hope and believe this review will be published.UPDATE: Received the correct invoice on 21st July.

Very Good laptop @ this price.I liked all its feauters, but for Fn keys.....i hv to press Fn+F1.As per other keyboard just pressing F1 key does its function.Its very Slim, Keyboard is soft and very easy to type.The device doesnt even gets heated up easily. And I can play games at very good graphics
