A nice product

- Received this product on 3rd day of placing order online. Very good packaging by flipkart and on time delivery as always from Flipkart :).
- This is really a good product with multiple attachment; although if you dont have experience of using food processor before; it can be tricky to operate initially. We tried to plugin and start but it did not start first; then we realized that the product is built upon keeping safety aspects in consideration and until we dont put safety caps on the main rotors and dont lock the containers it does not start.
- Haven't tried yet much with it but it is a nice product; almost all attachment for the routine work and some special works.

I brought this Kenstar krishma royal food processing unit,
I do not feel this product of yours is in compliance with ISI . Motor smells like its burning in just a minute of run on a very milder load,
If I try to make potato chips I get mashed potato(I am sure I am doing it in the right way ) and the guy who came to demo it he also got mashed potato when try to chop it..
This product makes too much of noise , just like a truck is running in my house..
It is totally a crap product.

It's not good and not easy to use.
"Unbreakable" container jars "Breaking" without much using and juicer part was also missing in the original packing. So returned.
But Flipkart service is good.
So far working fine :)

Good packaging and on time delivery. Tried functions such as kneading, chopping, slicing & grinding...and all seems to be working fine!!!.also tried making juices & the processor does its job smoothly. Till date faced no problem with the functioning of the food processor.
Overall...a good buy.

Food processor looks like how it is seen in the image... Performance of the secondary motor is very good. But I find smoke some out of the motor wen I use the chutney jars. I dono wat exactly is the reason. But even after the smoke thing it stil is working well as of now. It's been 1 month since I brought it. Plastic quality is avg.
Juicer is horrible, otherwise it is okkayish...

It is a very handy product for chopping veggies, grating veggies (especially when making gajar ka halwa, or for various types of raitas), and kneading dough. In fact, I'd give it five stars for the aforementioned processes. But it is HORRIBLE as a juicer, especially centrifugal juicing. It has good power and normally runs without getting heated up soon. However, I have experienced, while kneading dough, that the motor tends to come to a halt, even if the quantity of dough is well within 400 gms.I would recommend this product ONLY IF money is an issue for buying a BETTER one... ;)Maanvi

Very good product. As I am using Kenstar water cooler since ten years without any service done still works same as it before ten years back. Buy if you love this brand mixer is little bit noisy but juicer it quite. Overall best to be used for daily kitchen excersice.
