I got the package in a damaged condition. But the inside packaging the intact. When opened I find that the CD pack has been opened , there were scratch marks on the CD . Also the CD did not read in my machine. Then I had to download a trial version and use the CD key given in the package . Thank fully it got installed and worked well. My advise is to buy these kind of things directly from stores instead of Online.

One of the premium internet security that i have ever used unlike total security.....good overall performance, nice interface and with improved updation...if your system can hold the security criteria then its a bang on product for you, highly recommended for those users who has 4GB of ram support. I have been using since 2010. Its a must have security for those users who always access online banking and social networks regularly. For smooth functioning of the system one must know the negative side of the security, the security utilizes enough of RAM for that one must upgrade their system capabilities to cope with the security without which users find it difficult to use smoothly. As i have noticed many users without knowing how the security works they throw negative judgement on the product. So my request is for those users plz check the system requirements and capacities before buying. For compatibility plz use the trail version first then opt for the full system security. For extra benefit buy 1 pc for 3 years in order to save money value.

To start with!- Shipping was quick but however the box was completely crumbled.- The box and the CD was used! the company seal was broken. Also the CD didn't work on any of the two laptops and one Desktop. I literally had to download the trial version from the website.- Although the box and CD was not in the desired state; but the serial code worked perfectly fine for the three systems. Lot of hiccups but in the end the i was able to use the antivirus and till date antivirus is working perfectly fine.

I have been using Kaspersky for over five years. I feel my computers are well protected. Kaspersky is reasonably priced when compared to a similar product of other brands. Installation, this year, was very simple as against last year, when I had to first uninstall my previous Kaspersky application before loading the newer licence.However, this time I am facing certain problems when I am redirected from one site to another. The redirected site usually is shown as unavailable. This is a big headache specially when I am trying to make an online payment and the site of the Banker becomes unavailable and refreshing is not an option. I have to begin the process all over again hoping to complete the process.

Using Kaspersky for last 3-4 years.. Really beneficial and helpful to keep laptop data secure and virus free.. so really worthwhile to spend on.. Only drawback is in India 2 users are not available.. I m having 2 windows laptop and 1 Mac book.. so for cost benefit I have to purchase 3 Pc users.. as single use cost 600 bucks or so.. and 3 users cost around 1000 bucks plus.. will be more worthwhile if company introduces 2 Pcs users in India too..!!

I have used several other antiviruses before but none of them gave me the performance that Kaspersky gives. My first antivirus was Kaspersky and I was satisfied with it.Then I switched to AVG after a year but it slowed down my PC.Then I switched to Avast and then Netprotector but it seemed as if the virus corrupted the antivirus itself because it didn't detect any virus.Then I tried Quickheal 2013 and 2014.I had good experience with Quickheal and I would rate it 7/10 because it is fast in detecting but the problem with Quickheal is that it deletes a corrupted file and slows down the PC while and some games might not work as long as Quickheal is activated and it runs out of updates anytime and one has to install it again.... But now I am really very much satisfied with this Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 3pc-1year... It detects all viruses and repairs them and unlike Quickheal doesn't delete them.I tried an USB in my friend's PC and it said " No virus found" (He has Quickheal) and I scanned the USB in my PC, it detected 3 threats.So in my opinion Kaspersky is best and it doesn't slow down your PC.I would surely recommend it to all avid computer users and gamers :D .. I have read many previous reviews which said the Box was opened & the CD/DVD was not usable. I was a bit worried, but when the Package arrived it was absolutely in the way it was originally Packed by the Manufacturer. I did not use or even open the CD/DVD Bcoz, I Just renewed my Kspersky Internet Security. I think the seller took all the Reviews & worked to improve the service. Way to go... Keep up the good work.
