About Amazon : I will be very frank. 1. Go for 'Amazon fulfilled' orders since the packaging and first point of contact of these orders is directly amazon. The quality of packaging is truly amazing and delivery update is quite accurate.Even tracking such orders is quite simple. 2.Pay some extra bugs and get the order delivered within 2-3 business days. The delivery services provided by amazon (ATS) is better than any other that provided than any other seller. Also the delivery guys are quite customer friendly and understanding. Believe me,its totally worth it.About the phone:Pros: 1.Screen is quite bright. Use matted screen guard and sunlight visibility will be very good. 2.Performance is superb. No lags at all. Touch is quite sensitive. 3.Screen size and the resolution are a perfect match. I compared this phone with MMX Canvas HD & Xolo Q1000. There is almost no difference in the resolution that a normal human eye could differentiate. 4.Comparatively, viewing angles are higher in Titanium s5 than the other two. 5.Camera is good in daylight. Clarity of front camera is awesome. 6.Build quality and Ergonomics of this phone is at par with high end phones such as S3 and Lumia 720. 7. Sound output is very clear.Cons: 1. Sound output with even high quality headphones is clear but very low. You have to use in-ear earphone or headphones. 2. Back cover is a fingerprint magnet. But it gives a good grip to the phone which is very important due to its large size. 3. Earphones provided with the mobile is of inferior quality.Conclusion: Buy this one if you are looking for a good quality phone below 18,000/- . This one is a definite value for money. But make sure you buy better accessories such as a good quality earpiece and screen guard. Also deep blue looks more classy than white. But thats a bit personal..!THANK YOU AMAZON...!!!

I bought this as a gift for someone. Liked it so much that I am ordering another one for myself. In my opinion, this is the best phone available below 20K price range.I love the screen and the battery last a full day with heavy usage. The build quality is comparable to high-end phones (much better than Micromax Canvas 3 HD).

Good Mobile Phone. Very Cost effective.Display is awesome, Picture quality is gud. You can record movies in HD. IPS touch is vry good.However, found few problems like Battery Backup is a bit less, however it comes with a 2000 Mah battery but the same can be increased more, The sound is a bit less which is a definite problem with this phone.As compared to its competitors like canvas etc, definitely its a better product only if its sound quality is ignored.

I bought this phone on 31st May 2013, which was then priced at 11,135 for the white model. The phone worked really good until now. However, my battery now doesn't charge more than 35% or 37% even if I leave it on charge the whole night, after a complete battery drain.
The phone is good, I would say, as I have not faced any problems. Only problems I've noticed so far is that it cannot play 1920x1080 movies smoothly. I've used MX player with S/W decoding. Another problem was people reporting that they can't hear me well. And now, this battery problem. Not that this battery problem cannot be solved...I'm asking you not to purchase this phone for the pathetic customer support I'm receiving.

It may seem enticing to buy such phones which seem to offer, at a reduced price, performance specifications similar to phones from Samsung or HTC which are priced a little higher. I actually felt like a hero and showed off my phone to people. But now, when it comes to Karbonn supporting me when I need their help, they're pathetic. I feel like a loser now. It is so frustrating to be on the phone for 30 minutes or longer, and the number will not even ring.
Don't buy this phone. Buy something else that may be priced a little higher. Samsung, HTC, Nokia. You may be paying a little high, but atleast you will be assured of better customer support. Not that I've used Samsung or HTC and have experienced their customer support, but I would surmise their support is good looking at the satisfied folks I see using them.
With Karbonn, you'll die getting your call picked up.

I recently got this mobile a month backb from flipcart, and now facing an issue saying that there is a mother board problem due to water on it which wil be solved by paying 5000.00 from KARBON, I know it was not possible because there was no such incident happned. Now so confused to pay them that much amount cos the rate was only 11,000. So please think twice before buying this.

I have purchased thsi mobile from Flipcart on 14 June. After a few days the Phone shows its original behaviour!!!!
Phone restarts every now and then
Touch does not work intermittently
N/W vanishes sometimes so missed soem important calls
Then I returned the handset after 10 days of use and got a new Karbonn Titanium S5 and this is even worse than the earlier one.
Phone restarts 10 times within 24 hours of use

While the ph is in charging menus pop up automaticaly and you can not do anything. You have to discharge the charger cabe to make it normal.
Immediately I call flipcart to return the handset and refund the money. and now flipcart has taken my handset and processing the refund. Thanks to FlipCart.
So, Never buy this Phone.

8 m p camera.
really a nice budget phone for them who wants their work faster from anywhere not for gaming...
karbonn had started using snapdragon processors while other indian products using mediatech and other cheap processors.....
Conclusion: Micromax A116 Canvas HD vs Karbonn S5 Titanium
Well, if your primary concern is gaming you must consider Micromax Canvas HD. But if you are a casual gamer and you need to a good looking smartphone with some cool hardware specs go for Karbonn S5 Titanium. This will save money and time as well.

dont go for this phone it is a peace of shit.......very bad service centers after one month of prchasing this phone i faced touch screen issues partly working...the service persons are telling it will take 20 days to get ready.......and the authorised service center persons are very rude.....
