The iron has stopped working on August 22, 2018 though I have bought it on 31 May 2018. I have called Kolkata service Center at 9836406730 which has been provided with the iron, at 4:33 PM on August 22, 2018. The respondent gave me another phone number. viz., 9144098205 belonging reportedly to some Uttam Sardar. 9144098205 of Uttam Sardar remained switched off at 4:35. I called back to 9836406730 at 4:36 PM. None picked up the phone call. This is no customer service plus harrassment.

We hv been using Inalsa products from long time so we trust the brand. But this time very disappointed. Its non sticky coating is worst ever becos it sticks. We tried to remove tye dust from plate using toothpaste but its of no use. Sticking started from day one

I bought this product and it has been a night mare for me since than. Some points I prefer to mention :
1. Steam would come our even though the steam mode is not selected
2. Water continuously leak from product
3. Heating/performance is far off from other similar products I have used

I was looking for the 4 main features (Anti Drip, Ceramic Soleplate, 360 degree swivel, Auto clean). Did a lot of research and got all these features in the above device at an attractive price. My only crib is about the Wattage (2000W) which I feel should have been not more than 1500W. High heat tends to burn the clothes if you are not attentive.
I think 'Make in India' is getting a good boost with such nice products.
