As I was away, I asked the security person to receive the packet. I opened the outer coating and I found out that the seal of the packet was already open. The adapter had a few visible scratches on it... Now it is functioning weirdly. Every time I put it on charge, my laptop behaves abnormally (for example, the touch-pad would not function properly). It is the worst product I have ever brought online.

Its been about a month since I've bought this, and already one of the pins at the plug point has come off. I mean, it just decided to detach itself one fine day for no rhyme or reason (other than bad quality binding agent I would say). And this is my third time buying this adapter. After the adapter I got with my computer gave out after a couple of years, I bought a new one, that got fried in less than a week. I gave that the benefit of doubt and replaced my laptop's power board and battery before buying another one. And that lasted barely three months. And now this happens. And whats worse is, I dont know if I can return this through flipkart and get a replacement. Really really annoyed.

Worst product . Please dont opt this one. I bought this product and it worked only once . The power cord being provided is a crappy one and will not work. The power cord given is not original moreover its faulty. You wont get replacement for the product as well. This is the worst purchase i made on flipkart donno y they encourage such products and such sellers. I request everyone to look for other product not this one because it will work only few days ... My case it worked only once and then it stopped workng. Dont rely on this adapter and the wordings " Original Power Cord" is mearly a lie . Its not original product at all. Dont waste your money on this item.

I bought it as a spare adapter and for the reason it had an Indian plug .The product quality was very poor and also when connected to power the laptop was electrically shocking.It was sparingly used because of the defect . Later it stopped working .Kindly do not sell or buy such products without testing.

I have purchased one Adapter for my Laptop and I used it after 15 days. I did not study Flipkart's return policy before. When I attached the adapter to my laptop, my laptop was not starting up. Later I found that the adapter was defective. When I informed Flipkart regarding this, they refused to take back the defective item as the return period has been over as per their policy. So, does it mean, customers should give stress on Flipkart's return policy, instead of quality of the product? I believe Flipkart does not have proper Quality Control on its products delivered to its customers. This is very frustrating and disgusting too.
