Just installed. I cannot comment on the performance as yet. But it is easy to install and works fine. I haven't yest made any voice calls over the net to test this router's speed. Delivery was on time.

We are facing a lot of issues from loose touchpad, to lose of drivers, to functional issues, speakers not working and charging cable with a product recall. First up, I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the laptop that has been delivered. Morever, taking the laptop to the repairs, the HP guys are saying it is on a 3 month warranty, whereas on website the laptop reads 1 year warranty.
Laptop will be able to (just) satisfy your expectations!!

Laptop came in a sealed box with bag-pack as described. It has 10 months left warranty! Personally I did not like 9-10 days delivery promise time of Amazon because order was placed in Diwali time and actually it did take around 8 days to deliver.Now coming to the laptop experience as I've been using this for 2 weeks.Pros:Light weight, excellent battery life - more than promised 4 hrs if u r sticking to low screen brightness, nice plastic finish (non-glossy) and feel is good (don't know how much sturdy tho!!)Processor performance just enough for regular day to day work - multi-window browsing etc., nothing extraordinary but sufficient.Windows 8.1 was easy to set up and get going. Beatsaudio/speaker quality is exceptional.Cons:As pointed by others, there is nothing gr8 about island style keypad and slightly difficult to do long typing.Screen color on slight whitish side and hd resolution just avg. (common now even a 20k mobile/tabs screen boast qhd resolution which lead to amazing pixel density considering their small screen sizes!!), but still overall screen experience better than comparable range laptops.Screen bezel could ve been thinner to give more compactness to laptopPower/hard disk indicators on right side edge and practically impossible to notice.No dedicated key/fn key for Wifi.Does not have full size keyboard (right size dedicated number pad is not there) as shown in product images.Too much body red color slightly difficult to adjust with!Lastly slightly on a bad note - Bend the rule offer (extended warranty/ADP) was bluntly rejected by Hp as purchase was from Amazon!!Overall I'm definitely satisfied with the performance and the deal wht I got from Amazon.Now hope to get the Citibank cashback offer as promised. Still waiting for it!

Laptop performance (speed, sound display etc.) is good. Color is lovely and my daughter loved it (bought for her only). Booting in seconds and battery stands for hours. Light weight and handy.The mouse pad is not convenient for me since it does not have right click/left click and needs a bit of practice but she doesn't feel any discomfort. The display is 1388 x 768 resolution, which is not equivalent to full HD - but many people may not notice it because the colors are vibrant and photos are attractive in the LED display.The worst thing happened is, within a month of sparing use, the key board and mouse pad started becoming unresponsive and slow some times. Have raised a complaint with HP service call center and they have arranged to replace the key board and touch pad. The service person called me on the fourth day itself to replace, but since I am out of station, have asked him to visit this week end. Hope the issue will be solved after replacement.In any case I believe it is a value for money.

Nice . Little. Compact.purchased another 4gb RAM and now its 8GB RAM.working good. Battery nearly 4.30 hrs with normal usage and light screen brightness.No issues. working absolutley fine but Mcafee Antivirus came for only 1 month free. Later we have to purchase it.it keeps us bugging always.i run simultaneously 3 VM's and Host OS in 8gb ram.Not much heat coming or battery is also not heating much.Keyboard is bit delecate, so should hand with care.Beats audio is so crisp.Screen brightbess is good.
