A Cost effective MFP

Although it took 8 days for flipkart to deliver this product but the product is worth waiting and a must buy for personal use/ for those going for occasional printing.
Going by its brand HP which is the market leader in Printing solutions and in this case outshines its competitors owing to its low pricing, easy refiling, customer support and above all economical printing. As described in product specification the printer is manufactured from recycled material so the built is not rugged and the material looks somewhat of cheap quality but looking on its performance it gives above average black printouts and average color prints. Scanning is relatively faster compared to other flatbed scanners in this price range but the results are a bit on the lower side (only 1200 dpi) when the scanned images obtained from canon/ epson (1200*2400 dpi) are compared. Ease of setup and operation with separate buttons for scanning/ copying, enlargement/reduction and b/w & color printing makes it a good choice for those who want simplicity in everything. So, overall a good product to buy instead of wasting money on worthless gadgets!
good printer

it is a nice printer. i am using it from past two weeks. initially i thought to purchase hp 1050/2050 printer. but i learned that their cartidge is very small (30-40 pages) this means frequent refilling will be needed. then i searched and zeroed on hp 2060 k110a printer at 6000. but shopkeeper shows me this printer 600 rs cheep. it is also ink advantage printer (over 400 pages per cartidge costing less than 500rs). so 5-6 time refilling will mean 1500-2000 pages print at barely 600 rs.
only thing is that this in not a popular printer and its cartidge is not easily available. However as i will be using refilling.. i may need to purchase only two/three cartidge in the printer's lifestye (3 yr). So i do not think this is any big problem.
print quality is good for both color/black print out. set up is easy too.. like all hp printers.

Hi,
I have no complaint on the process of scrutiny and purchase of products from Flipcart, however, my last experience was bad.
There was an offer of voucher for Rs.1000 on Titan, which never is received by me.
On writing to your customer care, which three of them stated I shall receive the offer voucher, however, the fourth one flatly denied over email that there was no offer when i purchased the printer.
Not acceptable at all as it leads to breach of trust which happened.

I bought this printer from a local shop for 4900rs in chennai. This is probably the best printer in this price range(even at the flipkart price of 5.5k). I mostly print text documents, the texts are crisp even at small size fonts the print speed is significantly and obviously slower than laser jets but much faster than other inkjets I've seen . it has border less printing feature , this feature combined with its good color print quality gives you some pro class photo prints(supports photo gloss papers).And you get full cartridges with it not demo cartridges.

Pros:
$. print quality
$. very low cost printing. Company promises 480 prints in black but i got 410 prints for a cartridge price of 450rs
$. very good scanner
$. good quality photos and color prints
Cons:
$. pictures are printed very quickly but texts from pdf are printed very slow so cannot be used for bulk printing( but texts from ms word are printed quicker ), i dont know the technical aspects of that but this happens to me every time.
$. Noisy( Only a problem at nights when its silent and someone is sleeping)
P.S. great for students ( sply biology and biotech students like myself).And guys you can always refill the cartridges for 50 bucks and get 350 or at-least 300+ prints.
OFFICE USERS AND THOSE WITH BULK PRINTING NEEDS PLEASE LOOK SOMETHING ELSE LIKE LASER PRINTERS.

Very Good Printer excellent printing, because of ink level shower you need not to on your computer for the ink levels, but its ink isn't available at any place so you have to refill from a local shop after ink is finished and as after ink refiling problems occur like ink leakage and less quality printing

Best home use printer with Wifi

Simply the best home use printer in its range. I searched for all the brand and found some or the other challenges with them. Either the price was very high, cartridge were expensive and if they were cheap, availability was a big problem. HP cartridge were very reasonable and available on most of online stores including flipkart.
My biggest requirement was WIFI so that I can use printer with Laptop, desktop and iphone at the same time without having to plug it with cable each time.
I must say that I am really impressed with the product. It's very early to say about the performance as received it just today, but initial print seems to be good for home use.
Setup was very straight forward and the HP installation guided in setting wifi. Withing few mins I was ready with wireless and other settings.
Build quality is really good. Scan and copier works simply fine. Overall best printer in entry range of "All-in-one" & wireless printing.
One more thing- I saw many buyers complaining about the 1000/- titan coupon. I must say the offer is still there ( June 22) and I was able to submit the offer redeem online on HP site.
If you are unable to setup wifi, check your router to add the printers MAC address to the filter list. To find the mac ID, run the wireless setup and let it complete with fail status. It will print device details along with MAC addr.

I ordered this printer earlier this month from flipkart and I recieved it in 3 days... Keep up the good work flipkart!!!
I chose this printer primarily because of the easy cartridge availability compared to canon and the wireless print/eprint feature
Print quality is good enough for my intended use... etickets, word docs, journal articles mainly
Configuring the wireless printer is a breeze with hp's step by step instructions on the accompanying cd... Took less than half an hour...
There are 3 ways u can print wireless using this printer:
1) eprinting: attach the doc u want to print in a email and send it to ur printers email id to print it.. Not tried this feature yet
2)over a wireless Internet network (wifi router and internet connection needed)
3)direct wireless printing... U don't need a router or anInternet connection.. This is the best part and the feature I use mainly
Then there's also the option of configuring over a USB cable... But who needs that when u have direct wireless printing
Works fine with my toshiba laptop windows 8
I can also AirPrint from my iPad 2 with this printer.. Though u can't print double sided in this case
I've not tried printing with my android phone yet but I think it needs an hp eprinting app
As far as I'm concerned there are no cons for this printer yet...
My advice: go for it!!!
Great Printer (Deceiving HP Titan voucher offer)

I however give 5 stars to this printer for its very easy installation, wireless connectivity, great quality printing & user friendly interface. I havent did a whole lot of printer search in terms of its spec. But this one does serve my home-based type office printing requirements pretty well. I am using it for almost 2 months now, grt printer for its price.
However I cannot stop myself from mentioning the "Deceiving" HP offer..I should have believed the previous reviewers here. Why I stress it for this rather "free" offer is because I bought it through flip cart after seeing this offer and I had good plans to buy a Titan watch for my wife. HP guys never came back after repeated follow up..even Flipcart cust care said they cant do anything but HP. So that means they dont care if companies use their popular network to cash in by using fake offers. Also it means I will not fall for an offer and buy through FC. And dont worry about the last date..they will renew it every month..any way its a fake offer..so what ever...
Not a GREAT experience

I bought this printer and to my dismay I found that the
1) Tricolour ink cartridge was not detected and was faulty(after completing troubleshooting steps with hp tech sup). I am required to go to hp cartridge service center to get the cartridge replaced as advised by tech sup. ( the pain is to go some 30 kms and on top of it write a complaint letter for the same).. Not at all good for HP where printer cartridges are faulty when opened out of the pouch.
2) The printer they send is 3510 and not 3515.
My advice:
Buy laser printer if you are ok with B/W printouts.
DONT buy HP.
DONT rely on Flipkart as the 1000 rs voucher is a sham.
Awesome Printer in this range

Although I was planning to buy hp- 2515 the retailer showed me this printer and told that the only difference between the 2 was that it has additional features like wi-fi and e-print and obviously Rs.1000 more.
The most important thing that one should look for before buying a printer is to check the features it provides and how many pages can be printed per black and tri-color cartridge. Also you should also find out whether the cartridge is available in the market or not because some of my cousin's had told me about it.
Well finally I would say that the cartridges are easily available for this printer at reasonable cost of Rs.900 for both. The printer is also light-weighted and easy to carry. The scanning quality is on par with other printers of this range although not the best.
So I would finally say that if you are willing to go for this printer then don't hesitate to buy it.
