I bought it on flipkart as it the cheapest i was getting online... the cartridge is a tad lesser quality than HP 21 but that is why the cartridge is cheaper... overall it passed my expectations...
Flipkart delivery was grreat as usual.. received it in less than 36hrs flat...
Latest Update as on 14-Feb-2014: One of the bad products I have brought in recent times. H bought 2 cartridges from flipkart and both stopped working after a month printing less than 100pages. It is a cartridge fault and is pretty common for 21-b series when i showed it to their customer care in Noida. HP is producing cheap and bad products.

Yes the print quality is not as good as HP 21 ink catridge but this one does the job giving the same paper yield and saving more than 500 rupees. If print quality is very light, no problem just go to properties and set print quality to best from normal.

I always purchase this cartridge for my old all-in-one HP printer (F380) which is still working fine. I don't get my cartridges re-filled because of bad experiences and they are very unreliable. This cartridge fulfills my requirements of casual printing. Go for this if take prints once in a while.

I received an outdated and unkept product like it was just taken out of the garbage. The packaging was little torn on the sides. The ink level showed around 5% already consumed. Disappointed with respect to the quality of the product that I received from "Big EBasket Retail".Please note I am not complaining on the product.

Using old printers have many drawbacks and one among them is finding the original cartridge which allows printer to work finely. I am using HP F2120 all in one since 2008 and I had hard time in finding right cartridge, when market is flooded with original looking duplicate product. I buy from this seller always, and happy to get original product at discounted price which works perfectly fine. looking forward to buy in future also.

The product supplied was original, in proper packaged condition. The product itself was excellent and giving service over a long period. Using for the last 3 months .. going on.

Many people (including me) get mixed up between this cartridge and the 'HP 21B Black Ink Cartridge'.
So, I would like to clear up the fog (as I see it) a little. The 21B is the cheaper version of this cartridge and it is cheaper for a reason. The 21B will not give as good or as many prints as this will. Also, this cartridge dried up after a month of use and I was left with an ink cartridge which i couldn't use at all.
So for a few more rupees, this is a far better cartridge that delivers on its promise of no. of pages and HP quality.
As for the Flipkart service, I have only one word. "Impeccable"
(4 stars because price could have been less)

Firstly this is one of the most expensive HP cartridges and ironically it fits into the cheapest HP printers. But with the expensive price one gets great quality prints and peace of mind that the printer will stay safe with an original product.
Contrary to popular beliefs this cartridge does give print outs of the number of pages promised. The best part is the quality of the print. If you want great quality prints everytime you print a picture or document then this is the right cartridge (provided it's compatible with your printer). It might be a bit expensive but great quality doesn't come cheap.
I recommend purchasing this product from Flipkart for the discount and on-time delivery they offer.
