AND IAM NOT SO RICH THAT I AM GOING TO SPEND RS.600 FOR EVERY 30 PAPERS I PRINT

There is a some kind of cheating they are practically doing with the price offers. I have recently purchased this item. As I had seen 54% off on this product, without searching more about the product on other shopping websites, I placed the order. After One day, when the delivery was almost confirmed, I found the price of the printer even lower than eighteen hundred in snapdeal, and then i got to know that two thousand two ninety is the original price, and at that time I didn't have the option of canceling the order!!! Yes I'm fooled, but that's the true story. Deeply disappointed!!! Such fraudulence was never expected!! At least from flipkart!! So buyers please don't have blind faith on flipkart, u might have to regret later!!! But the printer is working fine, and no complaint regarding their fast delivery...

The working of the printer is fast and superb, it makes no noise while working and the quality of the prints are also great.
The only problem with it is that HP provides only demo cartridges with it, which lasts for about 15 pages, and they are not refillable, therefore you will have to buy a new pair of cartridges, black and tricolor, which costs about Rs1000.
I would surely prefer this printer if HP would have provided full cartridges and not the demo ones.

Just after using the printer for first few days, I had written that "the performance so far is good".Unfortunately, from last 2 days, the printer has started giving trouble. When I give full size A-4 paper for printing (1 copy), several copies are being printed and that too on piece meal basis, i.e., first print is coming with a few lines only (not the entire portion), next page shows 1 or 2 lines more or less than the first one and so on. Never the full page is getting printed. When I click on the "printer icon" on the desk top, it shows something like 1 document for printing" and when I click on it, the box appearing shows "status" as "error printing". This is a continuous phenomenon.I am astonished that a brand new printer has started giving trouble almost from inception and I am not getting any service from the machine.Would you please replace the printer or send one mechanic at my home to repair the defect? I am a 66 + years old man. It is not possible for me to carry the printer to any of your service centre or any other mechanic. If I do not get a favourable response from you within 24 hours, I may be constrained to lodge a complaint with "State Consumer Forum". My mobile number is 8697973995.

Hi,After printing 15-20 pages the printer is showing problems. The cartridge carriage is not moving. When i contacted HP they arranged on-site support (Case ID: 3008592789), After diagnosis the main PCB has gone bad. Amazon denied replacement as it is more than 10 days. The HP service executive have changed the PCB but that is not genuine and it did not work. I lost confidence now on the product sold on Amazon. I thought since the product was sold by "Fullfilled by Amazon" it would be good. But my assumption was wrong.It would be good if you refund me the money or replace the product rather than repairing the product.Product Model: CX015DProduct Serial: CN42B183RJ

Not satisfied with the performance. I took hardly 10 pages print since i purchased it. The first issue realised after 4 month when ink got dried because of no regular use. Then i kept it aside for longer period because print from market was more economical as compared to loss i had after 4 months. One week back i decided to make it functional by putting new cartridge which i ordered from from amazon agian. It was my 2nd mistake because colour quality is very bad even with best print option.colour cartridge cost 729 rs .Waste of money .if you print ocstionally then avoid it.

printer is very good... but cartridge is very costly... i refill it by prodot black ink which cost around 100ml for 100 rs in which while refilling plenty of ink waste..... and quality after refilling also decrease... buy not that much but you can go on with that...over all awesome.....
and the new ones were equally bad.

A decent printer in terms of quality. A dreadful printer in terms of cartridge life. Bought genuine HP cartridges, the colour one lasted 4 A4 sheets, B&W was ok for 20 pages. Had them replaced by HP, and the new ones were equally bad.
