In Case of Replacement if your TV have some defect within Guarantee period then Haier India Policy is worst for Online Purchases . They told customer to carry the TV from Home to Service center and Replacement may take 1.5 month to complete. After that Customer again need to come to Service center to pickup TV from Service center to home again. Also this time the Installation is not free. After Sale service is Worst by haier india .....customer need to keep following them ......

It was few days back when the remote of my tv stopped working so i called the customer care and asked for the new remote. First the customer care executive was speaking like i was talking to somebody who has been forcefully made to work, secondly, i was told that i will have to pay 1150 rs first for the technician who will come and check the tv first then remote will be provided on extra charges.( what a joke ) . to cut short i went to one of the local market and both the original remote which is working better then the one which came with the tv for only 500 rs. Dear haier kindly get serious and stop making fool out of the customer

Although Haier is new to Indian market, but I've been using it in Canada quite a few years. I bought this TV for my parents in India. It is very good. Vibrant colours and many customizations to choose from menu. Amazing HD output and a Very good LED TV. I must say it is better than Samsung and LG. For some reason it is cheaper to buy it in India than here in North America. Haier technicians installed it for free of cost. Fast shipping and great customer service. Thanks
